Sea Horse Hotel  

Everything was ok. However, the front desk lady was not competent to answer simple questions. My mom stayed at the Sea Horse over night and when I called from Sofia to talk to her, I was told she has never checked. That was quite stressful! When I got to the hotel, The front desk lady told me the same. I had to run upstairs and call mom's name. She was in her room! She was the only quest at that time.

Noisy hotel: you hear easily sounds and talking from other rooms and also from the bar, in my case till 5 am talking from the bar!

The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything, including the owner welcoming guests at midnight. I got very little sleep.

Reasonable rate - 20 Euros. Free Wi-fi in reception. Location is good for what I needed. Less than 10 minutes from airport. No need for a taxi.

Very poor choice of breakfast. Earliest time for breakfast is 0830. I arrived at 9pm after a long day of travelling. I wanted a shower but there was no hot water. I told the staff who replied "the hotel is full" I'm sorry but this is no reason to have no hot water. I have stayed in other full hotels and managed a hot shower in the evening. Also make sure you have the payment in cash as they don't accept cards?!?!?! Very very unusual. Luckily I had cash on me as I would have been extremely annoyed if I'd had to traipse around Bourgas looking for an atm.

the locations was great, is very close to the see ,airport and also to the bus stations,. The hotel rooms were excatly like in the pictures ,no fotoshop cheeting ,like any other hotels. we got a very nice room with balcony. Also food was very tasty , especially tiramisu , which was home made .Service was also great , very polite people .We really love that place and we spent a great vacations there.

Owner seemed a little 'pushy' Trying to insist we ate at the hotel restaurant. Didnt seem so friendly when we said that we would not be doing so on this occasion.

Close proximity to the airport, 10min walk. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Food anytime and lovely food at that,breakfast was a buffet plenty to go around.The Airport only 10 minutes away walking time,Central to shops Buses to Burgas,SunnyBeach.
