In spite of the outside (socialist style) look, inside the rooms are nice. Huge hotel in socialist style. Seems much too large for this city.

Отвън е порутен, вътре е мрачен, няма дори задължителният за 4 звезден хотел сешоар в банята, закуската не беше на блок маса, а ни поднесаха остатъци от абитренският бал вечерта, като върху кашкавала имаше дори шепел от цигари....

Прекрасно обслужване, одзивчив персонал, неверпятна кухня в ресторант Пнанорама, с прекрасна гледка към Шуменското плато, паметник Създатели на Българската Държава и Шуменската крепост. Хотелът ми предложи отлични условия за бизнес. Опитайте от вкусните торти във Виенска сладкарница.

Het restaurant op de bovenverdieping. Heel betaalbare en toch lekkere keuken. De accomodatie op de gelijkvloerse en eerste verdieping zijn benedenmaats. Slordig en afgeleefd. Eerder vervallen. De toiletten kunnen amper afgesloten worden. Het zwembad waarvan melding op de website is er blijkbaar niet (of wordt toch niet open gesteld). Het ontbijt is eerder sober (vanaf 2de dag geen fruitsap meer, amper fruit).
