Silver Springs Apartments  

The apartment is new, all the building is really new, and our was also really large. We were in 6 and we had no problem of space. They gave us towels and sheets, and there is the elevator. The apartment is also very nice and I think I should re-take it.

There are some points that I did not like: often the sheets and towels were dirty, also when they brought the new ones for changing ours (it seemed that they did not wash them so carefully), to get the sea it takes 15 min walking and 30 min to get the centre of Sunny beach (in both cases you need to cross a big street, in which the cars run really fast, and there are not Crosswalks), and last and least, the pool is in the shadows almost all the day, you have sun from 11 am to 5 pm and the water is always cold.

The complex is pretty far from the seaside.

The staff is friendly and the accommodation is pretty good.

It's far away from the centre and the 20-25 min. walking from the beach.

The rooms were very big and spacious, the Restaurant was very cheap and nice and the staff Was very friendly.

Little bit off the beaten track Cleaners was useless.

We stayed for 14 nights. The aparments was nice, big and clean. The food in the restaurant was good, but not fantastic. I liked the location, since you got away from the noise in the center. But still not far from the sea or center. 10 minute walk. The next door hotel, Tarsis, had great food. We enjoyed our stay very mouch.

Trifon, the manager is absolutely brilliant,calm, and so helpful. He did everything possible to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Our flight was cancelled just as we we leaving for home due to the suicide bomber at the airport. Trifon and his staff kept us informed of developments all evening, prepared alternative accomodation for us that night and personally provided their bus to drive us over 2 hours to Varna airport yesterday morning, and the driver gave us his mobile number and waited there to make sure we were sorted. Couldnt praise Trifon and his staff enough... Thanks from the Joyce family

A teapot would be nice in the apartments as we Irish love tea!!! The apartments were clean and spacious, the restaurant was very good also. The apartments themselves are about a 20 min walk to the main centre and the roads, foothpaths and lighting is'nt great. However if you dont mind this, its brilliant!!

The apartments were great, very clean and comfortable. The hotel's staff was very friendly. The pool was very clean. I would rate this hotel with 4 stars.

Big apartment, the kitchen had everything one needs except frying pans, location is far from the center - so no noise at night from the bar strip but at the same time you can get to the sea in 10-15 minutes of walking. My first time on Sunny Beach, so I congratulated myself for not taking a more expensive hotel located in the hugely noisy commercial area. The swimming pool, although I haven't used it, cools the air in the hot days. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel for anyone who can put up with the minuses outlined below.

Sound insulation could be better. If you happen to have a noisy group as your next-door neighbours, you'll hear them through the entrance door. Our neighbours got quiet once weasked them to, but if you happen to have less cooperant ones, you will have a hard time sleeping.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, security on site all the time and the complex was enclosed, would definately recommend it......

Excellent appartment great value for money very new and spottlessly clean would use again

We stayed at Silver Springs Apartments as a group of 6, a 4 night stop over during a summer trip traveling through Europe. We were immediately surprised by the quality of the place, wrongly assuming that it's low price would be reflected in the standard of the accommodation. The entire complex was immaculate, and the two bedroom apartment we shared was massive, very well equipped and incredibly clean. Andrew and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, always keen to offer their help and continually checking whether there was anything they could do to make our stay even better than it already was. During our stay they sorted out a very reasonably priced shuttle bus to pick the final member of our party up from nearby Bourgas airport at very late notice, researched the cheapest way for us to travel onwards to Istanbul and booked it for us and advised us on the best places to visit in the evenings. As a group of young males, we used the complex as somewhere to relax during the day, lounging around the well-maintained pool and eating in the very well-priced restaurant. I hope this does not put off anyone thinking of staying in Silver Springs, as we were definitely not typical of the clientele - the other residents were predominantly families and older couples, and i would not hasten to recommend Silver Springs to anyone. It's location (within walking distance (approx. 10 mins) of Sunny Beach centre gives the perfect balance between convenience and ensuring that it provides a peaceful retreat away from the busy town centre, whether you are like us - looking to make the most of the famous night life and find somewhere to quietly unwind during the day, or whether you are here to make the most of the Black Sea and the reasonable prices, but want to avoid the 24/7 party atmosphere of the strip. We will definitely try and stay again sometime next summer.

We arrived in Sunny beach at midnight, desperately tired and with no accomodation as it was an unplanned stop due to changed travel plans. Went on Booking.com found Silver Springs and booked. Took a taxi and was in a huge penthouse apartment overlooking th epool within ten minutes. staff really friendly and welcoming, helpful and kind. Stayed 2 nights as we liked it so much. Very quiet location, away from the main buzz of sunny beach. Perfect to relax and then sample beaches in the day. Highly recomended!

Personál hotelu, hlavně recepční Alex byl velmi příjemný a poradil nám se vším. Apartmá bylo čisté a prostorné, plně vybavená kuchyně. Dokonce I rozkládací pohovka byla pohodlná. V komplexu je pěkný bazén a restaurace s velmi přijatelnými cenami jídla a pití. Komplex je v klidnější části, což bylo obrovskou výhodou. Všude jinde za hlavní cestou je obrovský hluk z barů a diskoték.

Všechno bylo vynikající, snad jen pokojské by mohly aspoň odpovědět na pozdrav.

Très bonne situation géographique, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage, 15 minutes du centre d'un côté et 15 minutes des boîtes de nuit les plus populaires de Sunny Beach (Cacao Beach, Bedroom, Brillantine) de l'autre. Appartements quasiment neufs, clean, ménage fait tous les 2 jours Personnel présent 24h/24, agréable, disponible pour toute question Calme le soir, agréable après l'effervescence du centre ville!

Equipement de la cuisine trop rudimentaire, 1 poêle et 2 casseroles, rien d'autre pour cuisiner! Connexion Wifi pas cher (24h=10 lev, 10h=5 lev) mais de mauvaise qualité, beaucoup de temps perdu à attendre que les pages se chargent..
