Very nice swimming pool and hamam. brecfast not bad (but the restorant has only 3 stars), friendly staff. Perfect location - right near rocks

Location, rooms and decor. A lovely designed hotel at bargain price in a stunning location.

Staff in general try to be hepful but not trained to European standards. Frozen veg is not what one expects for 'stewed' veg in such a lovely looking restaurant. Missing lightbulbs, uneven steps in pool (watch the last step!) and tatty repairs in fitness centre let it down, which is a shame, as it could have been lovely with a little more care.

The hotel is very good. We are totaly pleased with our stay and enjoed very much the perfect view and perfect hotel service. We will recommend thos hotel to all our friends.

Great location for exploring the rocks of Belogradchi and Magura cave. Staff was kind and helpful.

The dining room and bar were not smoke free.

Superb location right by the fascinating Belogradchik Rocks and not far from the fortress. Modern, spacious and well-designed hotel, supervised free parking was a bonus. Very good restaurant.

Accepting that we were there out of season, it was disappointing to find so few of the hotel's facilities open. Workmen were in and out of the changing rooms without warning, there were no spa/hairdressing/manicure services available, the roof terrace and the Viennese coffee lounge were closed...we noticed also that the bath leaked badly.

Erg prettig. De kamer was heel schoon, elke dag weer. De airco maakte niet veel lawaai en er was ook geen verkeersoverlast. Er is een bewaakte parkeerplaats. In het hotel zijn wellness en sauna/mogelijkheden. Er is een professionele masseur.

Jammer was wel, dat de computer niet werkte, je niet buiten kon eten en het restaurant op de 5e verdieping niet open was. Wel kon je buiten op het terras op de 2e verdieping wat drinken en was er een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Het zwembad was erg klein.

Цена несъответствъща на качетвото. Телевизорът в апартамент за 160 лв на вечер беше голям колкото страница формат А4. В басейна практически не може да се плува, защото е 3х3 метра.. Труден контакт с персонала!

We stayed in an apartment at the Hotel Skalite for a weekend break in Belogradchik. The hotel and its location are excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff tried hard to meet our needs although their ability in English was limited. One staff member recommended an excellent restaurant nearby where we had a great dinner. The hotel has a great view of the nearby rocks and landscape and is an excellent base for seeing this interesting area.

1. We needed Bulgarian Leva in order to buy different things in Belogradchik ( souvenirs, entrance tickets at the fortress, etc...) so we asked at the Reception for the Euro - Leva exchange. The ladies, for some unknown reasons didn't wanted to make the exchange. We had to argue with them and remind them that the exchange service is mentioned on booking.com site. Finally they accepted and helped us....

Basic, functional hotel with everything you need at hand. Free secure parking and ease of finding the place.

Quiety

Chambre spacieuse, propre, calme, literie confortable. L'espace détente fonctionnait fin mars-début avril. Bon restaurant avec bon rapport qualité/prix. Petit-déjeuner varié. Parking privé et gardé.

Les boissons chaudes du petit-déjeuner sont distribuées par une unique machine : thé chimique, café de mauvaise qualité. La vapeur du hammam pourrait être parfumée : impression d'odeur de renfermé. Pas de double-lit.
