Good location charged extra for use of an iron, the staff on the desk were quite surly and accused us of drinking from the mini bar when we hadn't touched it. |

The Location! Very old hotel, past its best! Very old furniture in the room. Broken toilets. Staff not very helpfull and do not speak good English. Breakfast very bad like in most hotels in Bulgaria. Other than its great location, nothing is good about this hotel! To avoid if you're travelling with your girlfriend or your spouse! Believe me! |

The view Old windows, old rooms, old everything and ready to collapse. Bathroom toilet was on the move: it wasn't attached to the floor. Bathroom doors moisterised. A terrible smell was continuisly around. I have chosen that hotel for the wirelless internet and the reception inform me that "we have a problem with the internet" |
