I was looking for a cheap place in the centre of Sofia to spend the night in. I was amazed when I did. The place does not have a proper sign on it, so I had some difficulties finding it. |

It was a normal breakfast (jam, butter, olives, cheese, and bread). It is so dirty. And they should take care of the cleanliness of the rooms, toilets, and the kitchen. The bed-linen, were so smelly and dirty. Even the pillow, if not been covered by Tesco plastic bag, couldnot your lay your head on. Even if it is a hostel, they should take care of the reputation of it. |

Lo único que me ha gustado es que su ubicación era bastante céntrica. Considero que no tiene la categoría de hotel, tampoco de pensión; como mucho un hostel. Sus instalaciones están muy deterioradas: zonas comunes, escaleras de acceso y sobre todo, los baños que están muy mal acondicionados y con una inexistente limpieza. |

Ich hatte im Arthotel gebucht. Ohne zu fragen, wurde ich einer 300 m entfernten Privatwohnung zugewiesen. Das Fruehstueck musste jedoch im Hotel eingenommen werden. Keine Ermaessigung fuer diese Umstaende. Garten sehr schoen und das unrenovierte Haus bietet einem architekturverstaendigen Besucher viele interessante Details. Nach Ankunft in der Privatwohnung musste ich den gleichen Preis bezahlen wie im Arthotel im voraus. Das Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbenuetzung ist das ehem. Gaestezimmer der Wohnung: also gut geeignet als Aufenthalts- und Schlafraum. Nach zwei Naechten habe ich eine dritte Nacht gebucht. Da wegen vielen Antiquitaetenkaeufen (Violine, Kelims, mediz. Wehrmachtsmaterial, handgestickte Tischdecke etc) mein |

La posizione abbastanza centrale. La struttura si trova dal mio punto di vista in uno stato pietoso sia la parte esterna sia i locali interni molto vecchi,sporchi,maleodoranti....i materassi luridi, le lenzuola non sono mai state sostituite, il bagno in comune senza carta igienica, l'ultimo giorno non vi era l'acqua calda...ecc..ecc.. |

Le plus agréable a été le moment où nous avons quitté les lieux ! La vétusté de l'immeuble, la saleté des sanitaires, l'impossibilité de dormir à cause du bar de l'hôtel ouvert jusqu'à 4h30 du matin et du vacarme fait par les clients, un petit déjeuner immangeable pris debout sur une table mouvante car suspendue au plafond par des cordes ! Des gens qui rentrent comme dans un moulin, prennent une douche à 5h du matin, qu'on retrouve endormi sur le canapé du salon |

wenn jemand den charme einer hippie-absteige geniessen möchte, ist es ok, aber ansosnten verspach das inserat ganz anderes, als gehalten wurde - verkommene zimmer, keine absperrmöglichkeit, etc. und: versprochener typischer sofioter hinterhof mit blick ins grüne - entpuppte sich als kleiner innenhof-garten mit einem restaurant im nebenhof... |
