Rien hôtel minable

Tout saleté des chambres .Chambre minable et bien trop cher pour la prestation . Aucun confort sans parler du petit déjeuner qui fut la cerise sur le gâteau(pourri) Un parking fermé par une chaîne pleine air ou une fois garé des voitures viennent se coller derrière vous ,et là soucis pour ressortir ...

The location was perfect for us because we were just overnighting in between buses - it's 200m from train and bus station. It's also right near an ATM and supermarket, so everything you would need is within 5 minutes.

The hotel has potential to be a lot better but they just don't seem to pay attention to detail. There was one towel (between two of us), the pillowcase was yellow with sweat stains (lucky we carry a spare), the breakfast was a buffet but was really poor. Bread was stale, tea and coffee was cold, the waitress was constantly loading serving plates with her bare hands. The "juice" was extremely watered down cordial. It was the worst included breakfast we have had on our RTW trip.

- They take about 5 € pP for sauna but we were given no chance to get in in the evening (we arrived at 9pm. We were very disappointed, because we choose this place mostly because of the sauna to relax after a long drive). After I ve seen the place, I would not go in there anyways. - breakfast is minor quality, coffee is no quality at all - bathtub lost water thrue a hole that is supposed to protect from overflow and should be connected to canal. but it never was, so that i had to stop taking my bath to dry the already very wet floor - towels in our bathroom had each a big hole. - there were long black hair in our bed, we both are very blond. - the night-receptionist could not talk nor understand english ( she constantly repeted "yes, i wish you a nice" without any meaning or ending of the phrase, we still laugh about this twice a day. she was really no help at all. - usually i stay in low budget rooms that use to have more style and class than this hotel that pretends to be a "better one".. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

extremely nice and friendly reception staff, spacious room, good sound isolation-no noise from outside, large and very clean bathroom with tub, nice breakfast buffet

older staff don't talk and don't smile-something like 30 years ago behind iron curtain, elevator small and slow

Nothing. Stuff is pleasant but it's not enough

Hotel is 3 stars (not 4 as stated on site). Also very old and full of dust. Rooms are dirty.

Esta ubicado frente al terminal de trenes y de buses, razón por la cual lo elegimos. El centro queda a unos 15 a 20 minutos caminando o bien se pueden tomar tranvía que pasan por la puerta del hotel

El frigobar no funcionaba y el desayuno bufe no era muy variado (por ejemplo no habian frutas). No tenian mapas de la ciudad.

В целом не понравилось. Категория 4 звезды явно куплена. Натягивает максимум на 3* и то с большой натяжкой. Ремонт старенький. Техника старая. Телевизоры старые. Единственный плюс на Reception бесплатный бизнес-центр и выход в интернет и приятный персонал отеля. Хозяевам стоит серьезно подумать о немедленном ремонте.

Скудность меню ресторана. Скудность меню лобби-бара. Такое впечатление что ассортимент спиртного по 1 бутылке каждого для количества. Ужасный завтрак - так называемый шведский стол. Ребенка кормить не чем на завтраке. Выход в интернет очень медленный. Детских кроваток нет.

Чистотата и доброто отопление.

εκπληκτική σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής,άνετο,καθαρό,με πολλές παροχές,οι υπάλληλοι ευγενικοί και σε σχετικά καλή τοποθεσία και με συγκοινωνία μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο.

το πρωινό ήταν σχετικά φτωχό αλλά όχι σε βαθμό να μην σε καλύπτει.
