Only 5,5 km away from the city centre, 15 km from the airport, 500 meters from the beach. The hotel has 8 double rooms and 4 apartments, all with central air-conditioning, TV, minibar, bathroom, balcony, some with sea view. Free wireless internet access and tea-making facilities in all rooms and apartments!

Room information

The hotel has 8 rooms and 4 apartments, all with central air-conditioning, TV, minibar, bathroom and balcony.

Not more than 2 adults can be accommodated in the double rooms!!! A 3rd adult or up to 2 children can be accommodated in the apartments only, on an extensible sofa with dimensions 180x120 cm.
If you find that comfortable enough, it will cost 12 Euro per night, to the double occupancy based price of the apartment.

Area information

St. Constantine one of the first Black Sea resorts in Bulgaria. It has an ancient history, exotic character and modernity all in the midst of a natural park with a beach strip around 5 km long and 20-30 m wide covered with fine golden sand. The construction of St. Constantine began in 1908 in the vicinity of the St.Constantine and St. Elena monastery with the first holiday house visited by Czechs, Poles and Germans.

This a lovely friendly family run hotel with excellent helpful staff. It is a little walk to the beach but has nice enclosed gardens with an outdoor pool.

The staff was very friendly, they tried to fulfil all of our requests. The room was very clean - however I am an extremely clean-maniac person. From the balcony we could see the sea, and it was a sunny room. The breakfast was an average continental breakfast, and it was non-limited, which was great before the tiring trips.

We have searched for a hotel in Varna city centre, but we stayed about 10 km from there... I can recommend this hotel mainly for those tourists, who like to lie on the sand, and do not want to explore anything around. But to be honest, it was not a big deal to get to Varna (about 30min by bus), and the ticket was cheap. - this is all not the hotel's problem, this is booking.com's problem.

the staff was very friendly, the hotel is locted in a very nice and quiet area, just a 10 minutes walk from the beach and far from the big and noisy hotels from the resort. We did not really use the facilities of the hotel as there were plenty of them.

It was not easy to find the hotel comming by car, the adress is not correct (or not understandable), the breakfast was not so good and the room was small with no balcony (but with a jacuzzi)

The staff were very friendly. They really are proud of their hotel and their city.

The area is in the midst of a big building project and there are many hotels under construction around Solaris.

It was lovely. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good. It is only a short walk from a very nice beach. The facilities are very good considering it is a small hotel. Cable Television and free wireless. Mini bar prices were reasonable.

Right now there is a lot of construction all around the hotel but this will not always be a problem.
