staff's knowledge of foreign languages is not worth mentioning which makes communication difficult a/c in the restaurant was not working (constant 26°C!)

Lovely hotel, very central beside the main square and the Roman walls. Hissar is a lovely place and we spent a wonderful night there.

The location, comfort and services were excellent!

The hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly and polite. It's location is in the heart of old city. The buvets with mineral water and bath are quite near the hotel. In front of the hotel there is the St. Panteleymon church. The hotel has it's own spa with swimming pool, sauna, hamam and jacuzzi. I like this hotel very much.

The hotel is in the old Roman Fort. Great town to walk around. Peaceful and quiet. The hotel rooms were clean and pleasant to be in. The restaurant was a bit over priced and not the best food, but perfectly acceptable.

Can't complain at all.

We like spa relaxation.

препоръчвам го горещо на всеки пожелал спа почивка на приемлива цена. добре организиран, с любезен и приветлив персонал. чистота във стаята, обзаведена с вкус. чистота във спа центъра масажистките са невероятни професионалисти. ресторантът предлага вкусна храна и листа с избрани вина.

трудно намерихме хотела, румсервиз започва работа след 08.00. малък басейн, малка сауна за спа център. сутрин на закуска се получава струпване и изчакване поради малък брой места в ресторанта.

Чистый и хороший СПА. Вода из минерального источника №5 в СПА.

-бедна закуска в неделя, когато имаше блок маса; -в спа центъра няма часовник, няма вода за пиене; -в спа центъра няма римска баня и/или зала за релакс; -парната баня в спа центъра не беше достатъчно затоплена и не миришеше добре; Забележките са основно по отношение на спа центъра, който не беше на достатъчно добро равнище като се има предвид, че хотелът се води "спа клуб".

Малък, уютен хотел с много добро разположение. Тихо и приятно, чистотата е на ниво. Много добра кухня, отзивчив персонал. СПА отдела е приятен и чист, минерална вода в басейна, джакузи с топла минерална вода където можеш да си починеш. Възможност за масажи и релаксиране. Комфортно и спокойно, нов хотел с обзавеждане по наш вкус - това беше един от най- важните за нас критерии - естетически издържана обстановка. Много сме доволни и ще посетим хотела отново за лечебна ваканция и почивка. От Анна Бергман, Драммен, Норвегия с моята майка Запряна Язовска. Liten, komfortabelt hotell med flott beliggenhet. Stille og hyggelig, renholdet er på høyt nivå. Veldig bra kjøkken, personalet er meget behjelpelig og hyggelig. SPA avdelingen er flott, rent og pent - boblebad med varmt mineralt vann, basseng med mineralt vann. Godt å koble og slappe av, mulighet for massasje. Komfortabelt og stille hotell med flott innredning etter vår smak - dette var en av de viktigste grunn for vårt valg - harmonisk og estetisk design og innredning. Vi er meget fornøyd med oppholdet og vil gjenta dette ved neste ønske om opphold for kurbad- og relaksferie. Anna Bergmann, Drammen, Norge med min mamma Zapriana Yazovska.

Belle chambre,très beau restaurant, service impeccable, mais établissement pas équipé pour une clientèle internationale.

Pour un hôtel 4****, il est inadmissible qu'il n'existe aucune documentation dans une langue autre que bulgare - ni dans la chambre, ni dans le restaurant, et nous n'avons pas pu utiliser les services de spa, massages etc faute de comprendre ou de nous faire comprendre. Au restaurant (superbe), pas de carte en anglais, pas d'explications, pas de photos permettant de choisir (comme c'est en général le cas même dans des petites guinguettes de village!) : quand on ne lit pas l'écriture cyrillique, c'est frustrant... même si le repas était excellent. Pas de parking, pas même la possibilité de s'arrêter devant l'entrée pour décharger (les places dans la rue, bien sûr, sont occupée; il fallait chercher à stationner dans la rue derrière

Petit hôtel bien situé .

Le personnel ne parle pas anglais , le Spa était en travaux !!! Dommage que vous nous l'avez pas signalé !! Nous aurions choisit un autre hôtel . La literie est à changer .

завтрак не шведский стол, на выбор 2 вида: английский или вегетарианский (огурцы, помидоры, 3 вида сыра) мы бронировали за 2 недели и нас не предупредили о профилактике спа, а мы только ради спа выбрали этот отель. другая семья из софии приехала на 7 дней и им даже не предложили карточку для пользования спа в другом отеле!

Good location right next to a beautiful church. This hotel is amazing in every aspect - staff, rooms, restaurant, lobby bar. Good Wi-Fi connection. Very comfortable beds and A/C system with silent night mode. Kudos to the restaurant and lobby staff!

Perfect location: on a quiet street just 5 min walk from the bus and railway stations and in the heart of the old town. Close to restaurants and cafes. The hotel is new (2008), beautifully decorated and clean and everything is in good condition (including the air-conditioning). We were very happy with the swimming pool (indoors, large and clean) and the indoor jacuzzi. We didn't use the rest of the spa facilities. Breakfast was plentiful, selected from a menu of 4 options. We had dinners elsewhere so can't comment on the restaurant. We had booked a room for a promotional price. Overall, excellent value for money.

Everything was good. Just some small recommendations for improvement: in the room, there should be a towel stand to put wet towels and swimsuits on so that they could dry. In addition, the floor in the swimming pool area was wet and slippery - should be wiped dry more frequently. всичко беше добре, имам само някои дребни препоръки. в стаята би било добре да има стойка за окачване на мокрите хавлии и бански, за да могат да изсъхнат. при басейна и джакузито подът беше мокър и хлъзгав - би било добре да се подсушава редовно. иначе всичко друго беше наред.
