We liked mineral hot whirlpools and outdoor swimming pool and massages. 1. It was too hot in the room. 2. There were no dryers for swimming suits. |

The swimming pool is a mineral pool and was wonderful, the location is also very beautiful. The service in the hotel was terrible, very few staff spoke any English and in general there is no wat that this should be rated as a 5 star hotel. I think maybe 4 star would be a more realistic rating. |

Swimming pools and Spa was good. We had problem with water in the room. Everyday for a few hours there was no hot or cold water. It was awful. |

Хороший SPA-комплекс услуг. Не очень качественный ресторан. Не смотря на высокий сезон и соответствующую ему цену за проживание - не все сервисы в отеле работают (например - бар, кафе), а также недостаточно качественный завтрак. Но к выходным, когда заполняемость отеля улучшилось - все исправилось. |

Tres bel hotel, personnel accueillant, restaurant de qualite. Piscines tres agreables avec un tres bon service spa/fitness Les chambres sont peu insonorisees. On entend les deplacements des gens dans les couloirs et surtout le bruit de l'ascenseur. Les chambres proches de celi ci sont a eviter. |

La piscine et les aires de jeux pour les enfants sont vraiment très bien Petit dejeuner indigne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. On trouve mieux dans les Formule 1, c'est dire! |

Ωραίο και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο. Αρκετά καλές εγκαταστάσεις spa. Προσωπικά μου άρεσε το Turkish bath. Επίσης μέσα στις δωρεάν παροχές ήταν οι πισίνες, το steam bath και η σάουνα. Το μασάζ αρκετά καλό. |
