Les habitacions són molt espaioses i la seva situació a la ciutat és perfecta per arribar caminant a la zona amb més ambient. El personal és molt amable i tenen un aparcament per als clients, que tot i no estar enganxat a l'hotel, va molt bé perquè el carrer on es troba l'hotel és un caos de cotxes. |

The Manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were rather too soft for our liking and maybe the fault lay with the matresses. |

Excellent location and (if avilible) free parking along the street. Parking in down town Varna is nightnmare. Lift is very small and big suitecase/bag is difficult to manouver in/out. |

l'ottima posizione centrale e la vista suggestiva sulla cattedrale adiacente all'hotel - the hotel is situated in the city center next to the wonderful cathedral is also very clean and the staff is gentle another positive aspect is just 10 minutes walking to the sea shore was a very good choice!!!! |

Excellent room standard - spacious, comfortable, excellent bathroom, location in the very center of the city, right at the stop of airport bus 409. Easy to get to the city beach (promenade) and Golden Sands beach Breakfast far below hotel standard - permanently dirty tables, guests looking for cutlery in drawers, smoking during breakfast (!), running out of food towards the end of breakfast time, very simple food, no choice. Breakfast here is a joke. |

The location,rooms are large and lovely There is no lobby bar! 5th floor rooms are noisy because the air condition systems are on the roof! Cheap and noisy fridge like every hotel in bulgaria but this is a ****hotel with western prices |

clean, comfortable, friendly staff, centrally located Parking is available, but not veryt convenient as you need to park on the street blocking traffic, run in and get hotel staff to open the gates to the garage 100meters down the street. It works, not convenient, but at the same time it is difficult to park thoughout the city centre. |

El mejor hotel de los que hemos utilizado en nuestro viaje por Bulgaria: buena ubicación, magníficas habitaciones staff agradable y colaborador. Nos costó 60 euros, algo caro para la media del país, pero sin duda merece la pena. No utilizamos el parking, aunque nos pareció algo lioso usar el del hotel. El desayuno justito, pero eso es algo habitual en los hoteles búlgaros. |

La chambre et la salle de bain sont vastes et bien equippees, l'hotel est calme et silencieux bien que situe en centre-ville , l'acces aux chambres est simple et direct ( pas de couloirs interminables ) Le petit dejeuner . les croissants ne sont pas des croissants, les oeufs et le bacon sont froids , pas de choix de confiture , pas de miel. Seul le cafe est bon . |
