Splendid Hotel  

Best possible location in the city. Easy to spot from the street if you're passing by with your car. Private parking was nice, specially after hearing all the rumors about cars being picked up for parking where it is not permitted - rumors that were later confirmed. Room and bathroom were spacious and nicely furnished/equipped. AC chilled the room down very nicely. Breakfast menu was varied enough for a 3 day stay. Staff was friendly.

Bed mattress should be changed, at least from my point of view.

Nice hotel in the very centre and nice cozy room.

The bed mattress was very uncomfortable - too soft and I could feel the springs. My room was to the street side, so was quite noisy and disturbed sleep (as hotel is at one of the main city's crossroads).

The location of the hotel was just great and the staff were all really helpful.Definitely stay here again

Convenient and centrally located in the centre of the Varna city.

Lack of bar and room service.

Clean and spacious room. Good value.

The staff are really useless in terms of providing info. They either don't know or never came back to me. Fortunately, the tourist office opposite is really helpful.

The bed is not very comfortable

This is a real 4* hotel. A few weeks ago, I was in a 4* hotel, which didn't meet my expectations.

The night shift receptionist was at his first day of duty. It wasn't easy for him to find me a taxi. I was about to miss my flight.In fact, this is not a drawback, because it may happen to anyone.

The people were extremely kind and helpful and wanted our stay to be as pleasant as possible. It is situated opposite the beautiful Orthodox cathedral, which is illuminated at night. It's just near the Opera House with it's charming pedestrian area and within walking distance of the sea. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast bar has a wide range of savoury and sweet things to eat. We love staying there and recommend it unreservedly.

The lift is small and can't take more than one person plus heavy luggage.

The breakfast was one of the worst i ever tasted. It was terrible. the coffee was even worse. I had to force it into me and was hungry half hour later.Some of the staff were rude and unhelpful even giving wrong directions to get the airport bus. would not stay again. More like a 2*. No swimming pool or gym

Lage sehr zentral (direkt an Bushaltestelle Flughafenbus und an Fußgängerzone) Hilfsbereites Personal. Da es ab und zu Probleme mit dem WiFi gibt, wurde sofort ein Kabel auf das Zimmer gebracht. Frühstück durchschnittlich (für bulgarische Verhältnisse), aber in Ordnung.

Hotel muy bien situado, cerca de la zona peatonal de Varna. Fácil de localizar y con parking privado. Habitaciones grandes y luminosas, personal agradable y desayuno correcto. Aunque está situado cerca de una calle principal (nuestra habitación daba a ella) no nos molestó el ruido del tráfico. Desayuno correcto.
