Very good value for money for the particular season! Breakfast:9/10,Cleanliness:9/10,Quietness:9/10,Variety of SPA:10/10,Internet in the Hotel 2/10!

I was really mad and disappointed with the service of SPA! The lifeguard who was responsible there for the place,he was really rude and with no manners! And that could be a reason for me not to go again there!!In my opinion the manager/s of the hotel should change the SPA managment already!!..Secondly,although they say there is Internet in the Hotel,in my room there was no reception!!

I like rooms, they were big and comfortable... Beds were perfect. Breakfast was very good. Service was fine. Everybody was polite... It was very near to Gondola and center of Bansko. Perfect for a ski hotel.

There is no free internet in the rooms. You have to go to lobby to gain access to free internet. There is only one plug available in the room. You can not even charge your cell phone if you stay 2 people in the room. There is not any plug in the lobby as well. Only 3 plugs in lobby that are always occupied by people always staying at lobby to get free access to internet. I couldn't find any plug to charge my cellphone!

excellent location for skiers near the gondola, big rooms, decently clean, bank and ATM near the hotel entrance, ski service center and bar in the same building, good experience overall.

breakfast quality needs improvement, awful coffee, no free internet in the room, mediocre spa management, no free parking, bad TV signal, receptionists must improve English skills.

I like the cleaness of the hotel. The general condition of the hotel is very good and especially the rooms are very clean. I also like the location of the hotel because you can directly enter the ski road to main gondola from the hotel. Hotel has a very large selection of food for breakfast.

I didn't like the system in the ski room which you put your skies and snowboards. They took our room numbers and give us an area to put our equipment. This area must be reserved for our room number. But everytime i return from the mountain to put my stuff i found somebody else put their stuff to my reserved area. Besides the general condition of the elevators are not good. They are still using point photocell which is not so securit when you enter the cabin. They must be changed with full height photocell for better security.

The location was perfect, just next to the Gondola that transports towards the ski slopes. The staff was nice and friendly and the facilities in general were good. We had a nice and spacious room with a balcony. The food was good and you had a decent selection both for breakfast and dinner (we were on HB basis).

The pool was a little too cold for my taste, other then that everything else was nice.

The best value is location if you are skier, the rooms are comfortable with nice interior, the spa is excellent, there is a large selection for breakfast.

The room was very small for four person (junior suite)whith extra charge 50 percent for the 2 kids (6-8 years old)

These are minor issues. Pillows Pool water temperture 15C/60F Hotel needs to clear the path to slope and not park cars there.

Location and athmosphere.

Breakfast early in the morning was okay, from about 9am it looked a bit messy to me. Almost no yoghurt and eggs left and was not very actively resupplied. Coffee machine did not give nice coffee, much better to put freshly brewed coffee on the table or a modern machine with cups and hot milk. This coffee tasted like water. Wifi in the room was not up to standard, was not working all the time.

Modul cum arata hotelul,restaurantul Irish pubul,zona de relaxare si SPA,meniurile de seara si dimineata,curatenia din camere si comportamentul cameristelor.

Camera pentru echipamentul de ski care era murdara si prost organizata, faptul ca doua zile usa de la balcon nu se inchidea cum trebuie si a durat cam mult remedierea partiala a defectului dupa indelungi insistente. Personalul de la receptie putin amabil si cam blazat la fel ca si personalul din zona relaxare si SPA. Parcarea ingradita a hotelului care arata neingrijita si fara paza. In weekend numarul prosoapelor din zona SPA este insuficient astfel ca dupa ora 15 trebuie sa vii cu prosopul din camera.

personel çok anlayışlı ve yardımsever. Loksayon olarak mükemmel yerde. Gondola yürüyerek 3dk mesafede. Odalar çok temiz, geniş ve rahat. SPA'sı gayet güzel. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve lezzetli.

η διαχειρηση των σπα.οταν ζητησα πετσετα για τα σπα ειχαν τελειωσει και δεν μπορουσα να παρω απο την εισοδο των σπα γιατι η υπεθυνη μου ειπε οτι εκεινεσ ηταν για οποιον εκανε μασαζ!επισησ,δεν υπαχει δωρεαν iNTERNET στα δωματια

Πολυ καλη τοποθεσια ,τα Spa του ξενοδοχειου ητανε πολυ ωραια ,το πρωινο ητανε αρκετα καλο , το προσωπικο πολυ εξυπηρετικο ,ειναι διπλα στην Γονδολα και μπορεις απο το ski-room του ξενοδοχειου να βρεθεις στην πιστα του ski που βρισκεται ακριβως απ'εξω.

το παρκινκ του ξενοδοχειου ειναι με εξτρα χρεωση ,δεν υπαρχει ιντερνετ στο δωματιο παρα μονο με εξτρα χρεωση και τα στρωματα στα κρεβατια ειναι επιοικως χαλια

Otelin konumu harika. Hem gondola çok yakın, hem de kayarak otelin önüne kadar gelebilme şansınız var. Ayrıca güzen restoranlara ve eğlence mekanlarına yakın. Fiyat ve kalite olarak uygun. Otel personeli ilgili. Odalar rahat ve temiz.

μου άρεσε το ότι ήταν δίπλα στο χιονοδρομικό και το ότι ήταν καθαρό!!

δεν μου άρεσε το ότι περίμενα αρκετή ώρα να εξυπηρετηθω στην υποδοχή όταν πρωτοπηγα. επίσης το φαγητό δεν ήταν καλό!

μας άρεσε η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου - ακριβώς δίπλα στη γόνδολα και κοντά στο κέντρο. τα δωμάτια είχαν εκπληκτική θέα, ωραία διακόσμηση, ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρα και καθαρά. το πρωινό, το bar και όλες οι παροχές του ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ ικανοποιητικά.

еда ужасное! что завтрак что новогодний ужин просто был фигня! с очень дешевыми продуктами очень плохо было приготовлена! обязательно надо поработать над кухням.

Am stat in perioada revelionului cand era foarte aglomerat, singurul avantaj al hotelului este amplasarea !

Este un hotel care poate sa fie de maxim 3* , micul dejun foarte slab, piscina mica si cu apa rece, personalul foarte slab !
