It is hotel which is located near the gondolas and the center isn't so far,so we could go to gondolas and the center by walk don't take more than 15 min ! I have to mention that the staff is very polite and always ready to answer or help for anything at anytime ! Regards, Ardian N.

We had to ask for cutlery and instruct the cleaning staff to make the beds properly.

The staff is professional and extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet is decent with enough variety for a few days' stay. The location is super close to the resort; instead of taking the gondola, you can ski down the mountain and take a short walk back to the hotel (this saves you from having to take the gondola into town and riding the shuttle back). Prices are affordable and include breakfast.

While the location is close to the resort, it's a bit far from the center of town. And driving into town is a bit of a hassle because there is limited free parking; paid lots typically charge a flat fee around 15 bgn. The rooms are quite plain. There is no wifi internet in the rooms, only in the lobby area.

they allowed us to check out at 15:00 insted of 12:00 without any charge. after 4 hours of snowboarding had time for a spa and a quick sweam. Also the room had 2 areas, sepetare bath and WC and the kitchen was good equiped with plates and etc.

poor and i mean poor wi-fi. u could get a strong signal at common areas but no signal in the room we were in. Also the TV was like 22'', to small for the room we were in. Good we had good eye sight.

The spa was an excellent surprise, much better than anticipated. Furniture and general decor was fantastic.

Only and slight minor issue - the shower didn't drain away very well.

The pool and sauna were very good, and the staff were very helpful.

The service in the restaurant was very slow.

We were a group of families who all enjoyed. The bar for the oldies and a play room that gave the kids room to enjoy. The spa facilities were really good and enjoyed by all.

The restaurant Food was good, but they did have timing issues.

very good location with a great view, everything is furnished with style, the spa area is clean and has everything you need to relax, the staff is very friendly and helpful, I will go back to this amazing place!

I don't have to say nothing!Was so nice!In my opinion I want to say :When were there service people were so nice an they sad us: Sorry we don't have a studio room ,but we have a very good apartment for you!Was a new ,and we were a first happy guest in this room,with two bads ,two bad- rooms and..and....that's all about two person .. was to much...thank a lot ....was perfect!!!!!!And I must to say we check out on 15:00 pm...excellent..

The room was new and well decorated, they have good but very expensive breakfast (16 leva) and a very tasty chocolate dessert at their restaurant. The spa was good and especially the heating chairs which I totally recomend after an exchausting ski day. Although I have stayed in other hotels in bansko and the spa was better.

The hotel refers to a parking which I thought would be safe but instead was just a stoney area on the road opposite the hotel. If you are old or if you have moving problems dont stay here, they dont even have the european safety standards in the bathroom and the bathtub (My mother broke her leg in the bathtub during our stay. And she is 45, imagine what could happen to someone older.) and the other shower was floating everytime we tried to use it. And no phone in the room, no way to contact the reseption. Generally even if the hotel looks and seems new it has a sense of abandonment. And the most important no internet! You can surf the web only at the reception area from a signal of a nearby hotel because Saint George Internet is not connecting and even if it was working there is no signal inside the room. Also the free transfer to the village because its 18 min walking to there is only from 8-12 every hour and only to the ski center.

Curatenia se facea la cerere, dar nici atunci complet ( gunoiul din bucatarie era ratat de fiecare data ). Desi bucataria este utilata, nu are tacamuri ( acestea trebuie cerute la receptie ), la fel si uscatorul de par. In zona spa si pe holurile hotelului amenajarile au inceput deja sa se deterioreze, si pare ca vor ramane in acest stadiu.In consecinta, pe viitor probabil hotelul va fi din ce in ce mai putin dezirabil.

Very comfortable apartments, great staff, and really friendly service. Managed by a British family who really look after your every need. The Spa is exceptional for this price range and in our view the whole experience offers great value for money.

Nothing really, the food could potentially be better, but that is Knit picking, it is still relatively good in comparison to other similar hotels.

We really couldn't have had a better experience of St Georges, upon our arrival we were greeted warmly and were found the staff to be extremely attentive during our stay. The facilities were top notch and room we stayed in was clean and fresh. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will definitely be staying there again!

Very good place to spend your winter holiday, close to ski slopes, clean and spacy rooms, good spa.. Very cheap. Similar hotel in other EU countries we paid triple. We will come again

We have apart. for 4 persons, but sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my children

The stuff is extremely friendly , nice and helpful. The hotel has a nice idea, but the realization is not so good. There are many good things-the lobby looks nice, but is not cleaned regularly , the spa is big with all the needed things, but the pool is too cold and also the spa is a bit dirty, the rooms are big enough, but too empty. Th location- like you are in the woods, but a bit too far from the restaurants, because we have never used the one in the hotel.

The common areas are dirty and also cold.The water in the pool is cold. We good absolutely different rooms for the same price rate.

SPA zone is good, rooms are new and well set. Location is great: in a quite area with mountains view. Good staff at restaurant.

Cleaning services is the issue: about room cleaning we complained several times and got it done but about common zone we noticed that during 7 days there were no cleaning at all... Start time for breakfast is at 8.00 which was late for our family.
