Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 3 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα παιδιά από 3 μέχρι 15 ετών χρεώνονται 50 % της διαμονής ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 15,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 2 .

We liked the view from the topmost room (the castle was a very cool view in the morning). Very clean and nice bathroom. Nice personnel. No parking space. One must be nice to the neighbors if he comes by car there. |

Nice rooms, pretty well located. Is small enough to not be corporate, and the staff attention is great. It was a bit cold during the night and we couldnt change the temperature in the AC. During the night the hot water in the bathroom was not working. |

Best location in the proximity of Tsarevets Hill and the fortress. Best view from certain rooms over this landmark (including the amazing Sound and Light Audiovisual Show). The room and bathroom design. English speaking staff. To annihilate the spiders from the room. More light in the room and bathroom (not all bulbs were working). To increase the quality of the breakfast. |

We stayed on the third floor right across the Tsarevets, sipping Baileys on the rooftop terrace at night and enjoying the beautiful light and sound show over the fortress. Breakfast was ok. |

This place is just lovely.Location,THE VIEW,design furniture...The staff is great (miss u Reni!)/Cet hotel est magnifique! La vue sur la forteresse est stupefiante,equipe delicieuse et accueillante,design originale et moderne Bulgarians like soft beds,I don'T...International hotels need Pullman quality beds to host international french fries eaters and broken backs...Sorry I had to to do the French tourist! The rooms are very clean, the view over the city and the fortress is great, especially in the evening. The staff is very kind. The breakfast is ok, but it could be a little bite more substantial. They do not have a private parking, but the you can find parking places on the streets nearby. |

The view to the Tsarevets Fortress is really breathtaking, and in the evening you can enjoy the sound and light show from the roof terrace. The room is nice and spacious, the staff is very friendly. All together, our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable and we would like to return. The breakfast might be improved, there is not much to choose from. |
