Sun City I Apartments

the hotel was outside the centre but there was easy access into the centre via the bus stop right outside the hotel. it was very peaceful and relaxing.

there was no eating facilities or any nightly entertainment.

-The room inventory must be checked very well at arrival,a lot of items missing from the list.A/C Unit not functional at my arrival,fixed entirely in the third day of my stay(I spent only 3 days at Sun City Apartaments).AT My arrival home I was notified by my bank,that someone from pmg group(owner of sun city) tryed to withdraw twice 79.71bgn from my credit card. this happened even if I paid the entirely amount for my staying at my arrival and I also realesed the studio in good condition at my departure to one of pmg representative.i send an e-mail to the reception and the answer was"it was only an misunderstanding please accept our apologise".Because I am not sure that this could happen again I decided to change my credit card .

Nice quiet location, but still not too far to Cacao beach. Apartments are nice taking the good price into consideration. Large pool! Front Desk staff is friendly. Best for families with children.

Some minor defects in the Apartment. Not that big problem. The view on the back of the buildings isn't that great, if possible get view to the pool.

Closeness to the seaside, shops, Nessebar, St. Vlas, public transport. Swimming pool, quiteness. Provision of the required facilities.

A clock should be provided at the swimming pool, e.g. at the bar. The shower tray is too shallow so water can flow out easily. It is not easy to find the hotel as no maps are provided in the streets - at least an indication board shall be placed at the corner of the street (the address given for the hotel "Main Road" is not precise I think).

is the best choise for families with kids/babies, u have everything u need in the kitchen, no need to bring anything, good location: 10-15 min from the beach, about 30 min from old town nessebar, 20-25 min from the center of sunny beach, 4 supermarkets at less then 10 min walk, small shop at the building entrance, big pool, very clean, big pool for kids also, parking available

No cleanining services for 2 weeks is too much, the towels were only changed once but they gave more towels at once, pool water was very cold for the baby

The apartment we stayed in had everything, from a toaster and dishes, to a thing to put wet clothes and towels on. It was well equipped and we hod good value for our money.

The location was good, close to the beach, pretty friendly staff who aqgreed in the end to give us another apartment since the first one we were given was next to the entrance (squeaking door)

Difficult to find, couldn' t pay by credit card, a bar in the inner yard which functioned until 3, 4 A.M., pretty noisy, nobody came to clean the apartment, I have the feeling that there is a discriminatory approach towards Romanians who are given the worst apartments in the complex

The garden with flowers, the pools (clean water), nice children playground, spacious apartments and balconies.

They clean the rooms every four days, so you have to clean it your self.

niedziałający sprzęt AGD,zimna woda i brak muzyki na terenie basenu,połamane i mało leżaków koło basenu ,bardzo śliska posadzka -dzieci przewracały sie non stop -bardzo łatwo się połamac ,głośne libacje do rana na terenie i nie liczenie się z ludźmi z dziećmi ,barek na terenie apartamentów to szczyt wszystkiego -zamówiony drink mojto został zrobiony z cytryny i uwaga teraz najlepsze zamiast miety zwykłe liście zerwane z krzaka koło basenu !!!!!!Nie wiem skąd tyle dobrych opinii - chyba od właścicieli aparatamentów.Ja na pewno tam wiecej nie wrócę ,sa inne lepsze miejsca w SB.
