Hotellet hadde bra standard og betjeningen var imøtekommende og hyggelig. Beliggenheten var også bra, like ved stranden og kun et par minutters gange til hovedgaten i Pomorie. |

V prvom rade hotel sa nenachádzal na uvedenej adrese, bol problém ho nájsť.Síce sme mali zaplatenú izbu pre 4 osoby, bol nám poskytnutý apartmán pozostávajúci z dvoch izieb, pričom v jednej izbe bol iba rozťahovací gauč pre 2 osoby, rozmerov po rozložení asi 120 krát 160 cm,.V tejto izbe sa po rozložení gauča nedalo ani pohnúť. Na naše námietky o veľkosti postelí nám bolo povedané,že nám možu dať vacsiu posteľ, ktorá by sa však ani do jednej izby nezmestila.O čerstvosti chleba na raňajky - natrafili sme na plesnivý chlieb zakrytý ostatnými kusmi. Problémy boli aj s komunikáciou recepčných, ktoré okrem bulharského jazyka iný svetový jazyk, či už anglický, nemecký ani ruský,neovládali. |

Velice dobrý poměr cena/nabízené služby, vzhledem ke 3* velice dobrá úroveň. Nedostatečné jazykové vybavení personálu hotelu. |

Самое лучшее в этом отеле - его расположение по отношению к морю, это действительно прямо на берегу. И если повезет, как нам, и ваш номер будет выходить на море, то незабываемое и восхитительное впечатление вам гарантировано. Да, и там очень тихо, продумано так, что музыка, которая играет внизу, к вам в номер не долетает. Менять постельное белье хотя бы раз в неделю. |
