Julia Family Apartments  

If you happen to live on the 5-6-7 th floor, then you may expect problems with lift/elevator, which is not working if somebody on the lower floor have not closed the lift door. With us this happened a number of times (probably because there are lots of kids in the hotel) and we lived on the 7th floor with 2 small kids.

Firstly, the staff were wonderful. The cleaning was very regular. The pool is kept very clean. It is a fairly quiet location but with access to the main road, the beach and the main bus route into Nessebar. There are 2 small supermarkets within 5 minutes walk, and the larger Penny's supermarket down at the intersection is a 10 minute walk.Penny's is the better, and the cheapest.The rates are very good. Lovely large balconies with a drying rack. Wi-Fi in the rooms. Highly recommended and we will be returning to Julia'S.

Location was ok, relatively close to the beach (10 min walk). The apartment (at check-in) was clean and fully equiped. Pool ok. All in all: decent, but that's it.

The cleaning services seem to be a problem. We were advised to inform reception when we need cleaning. We did that and it seems that cleaning the rooms is just about sweeping the rooms, washing floors and changing the linen. The bathroom and the balcony weren't touched, at all, and the used towels were left there also. Also, taking the garbage daily seems to be another problem - after 2 days I have asked reception to do something about that, we were reassured that it will be resolved. It was not - in 5 days no one came to take the garbage and leave toilet paper! Another issue would be the sockets: in the bedroom 2 out of three were broken and one was making flames when used. Not to mention that when using the toaster in the kitchen the safety from the electricity panel failed every time. The living room sofa was uncomfortable when used as a bed and mattress slats that kept jumping from time to time.

Very large and cosy apartment. Kitchen completly equiped, with everything you need for preparing a meal. Very kind staff. Relative close to the beach and a mini aquapark. Close to Nessebar and supermarket. Excellent for a family with kids, I'll come back with pleasure in the next years.

Very nice location in a quiet part of Sunny Beach, very close to Nessebar old town. Cocoa beach is 7 min away (walking with kids), you need to cross a rather busy one lane road. Lots of restaurants and shops in vicinity - including a small restaurant by the pool of Julia apts. Apartment is spacious, very well equipped kitchen, small terrace with table for four, lots of parking spaces. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, all of them were speaking good english and always smiling!

good place, 10 min to the beach, 20 min to the old Nesebr, 6 min to a supermarket Penny.

Perfektní dovolená s perfektním ubytováním. Apartman moc pěkný, prostorný, kompletně a moderně zařízený. Možnost zapůjčení I dětské postýlky zdarma. Personál velmi ochotný. Bázen čistý, velký. Restaurace v areálu výborná. Místo super - blízko k moři zaroveň v klidnější části a možnost pěkných procházek do Nesebaru nebo do centra Slunečního pobřeží. Supermarket do 5min.

Jednou týdně měla být výměna povlečení, ale nebyla. Ale pokud si člověk řekne (př. Toaletní papír) tak hned vše dostane.

Fantasztikus egy hetet töltötünk el a szálodában! Két középkuru gyermekkel utaztunk és minden igényünket kielégítete. Közel van a tengerpart kb 250m-er és két nagy szupermarket is található a közelében!A száloda medencéje is tökéletes tisztaságú és álapotú, a gyerekeket alig lehetet kihozni belőle.Ha minden jól megy jövöre is ide fogunk jönnni!!!

A központól messze van 1 km séta!! De igy legalább le lehet gyalogoni a vacsorát.

Nu mi-a placut ceva in mod deosebit.Poate doar faptul ca se ajungea la plaja destul de rapid. .Personalul de la receptie a fost amabil si prompt.

Nu mi-a placut faptul ca am gasit murdar in camera, canapea rupta.Am fost chiar acuzati ca noi am rupt canapeaua. In urma discutiei cu managerul, femeile de la curatenie au venit zilnic, dar de paienjeni tot nu s-au legat.Peretii foarte murdari, canapele urat mirositoare, cada deplorabila.

Csendes, nyugodt helyen van, a személyzet segítőkész, udvarias. A tenger 10 percnyi séta, a medence vize tiszta. Biztonságos parkolás, ingyenes széf és internet. Kényelmes, tágas szobák. Pihenésre, kikapcsolódásra alkalmas szálláshely, akár gyalog is megközelíthető távolságra a centrum zajától, nyüzsgésétől.

Kellemetlen penész, doh és csatorna szag keveréke fogadott, amikor beléptünk az apartmanba. Ezt sajnos szellőztetéssel sem tudtuk teljesen megszüntetni. A két fürdőszobából az egyiket nem lehetett használni, hiányoztak a csaptelepek.
