I liked almost everything in Sunrise because it was the style of holidays usually I prefer most. If there were some things I didn't like I would say that before I get there, I was expecting our room to be bigger than the one I stayed. I 've read from previous customers that the hotel provides big rooms. That's Okay... we had a big balcony anyway. Another thing I noticed was the power points (plugs, sockets). There were 3 (or 4) of them across our beds, and none aside or behind the beds. There was another one (useless) next to the bathroom door. In fact it was pretty difficult to use the plugs easily, in order to charge the mobile phones batteries, or to have a look at the laptop, or even to boil some water at the kettle. Wi Fi was a bit weak though in two networks, but it didn't bother me at all for being frank.
Sunrise Hotel in Ravda isn't that kind of brand new hotels offering luxoury holidays in particular. It is though a typical Bulgarian village (3-store) building, which is attentive and functional in basic facilities such as easy-to-find light switches and fully airconditioning rooms. Ground floor is mainly used as a restaurant, it is open since 09.00 in the morning for the breakfast and provides a variety of delicious Bulgarian and Balkan meals in exceptionally satisfactory quantities and low prices. Finally I think I have to make a special mention for the manager's as well as for the personel's efforts who were just excellent.
