Rooms are big and clean with good comfort. The hotel is new. It remains to be seen how it will be maintained (towels hangers in both our bathroom started to fall down). Food quality is not 5 stars.There is a bad smell in the bathroom. Nice pool area. Beach could be cleaned more often. |

The hotel is wonderful, excellent service, clean and kept clean all the time, close to the beach, although the sea water is full of sea weeds. Breakfast is excellent and plenty of food (we stayed BB so we don't know how the rest of the meals are). Wonderfull, big apartment, room cleaned and towels changed every day, pool towels available, excellent resort of its kind, wonderful pools, clean and good pool bar. Very good service at the Reception! |

The size of the room was great If not all inclusive the prices of food and drink was extremely high. The surrounding area was not developed enough to enjoy a walk in the evenings. A massive balcony was supplied but only had 2 chairs and a small table on it and as the appartment was designed to house 6 people where would everyone else sit? The appartment had a hob and oven but no pots, pans or utensils to cook with. No kettle which seemed silly for an appatment. The only glasses supplied were wine glasses but no corkscrew. Why bother supplying a kitchen when it is totally un-usable. I would only recommend this hotel to people intending to go all-inclusive only. Tried to use one of the all inclusive restaraunts to find out it cost 40 lev per person to eat there.HOW Much!!! |

Good resorts with fantastic swimming pools- nice and clean beaches- big and comfortable rooms. Poor food in all inclusive- only 2 Restaurants in all inclusive overcrowed during lunch and dinner when other 5 restaurants not in ai are empty. |

Mooi hotel, luxe, goede ligging en groots opgezet Ik was er in het nazeisoen (oktober) waardoor veel faciliteiten gesloten waren. Ik was ontevreden over het buffet en de kosten hiervoor werden wel netjes gecompenseerd. Je mag van een 5 sterren tent het beste verwachten ookal zijn ze in het nazeisoen nog open, 4 sterren voor deze trip dus! |

Da disponibilidade e concentração de formas de divertimento e lazer: desde piscinas, praia, spa, ginásio, booling, outros jogos,... Anunciam o hotel principal (de muito luxo) e encaminhan-nos para outro edificio anexo de gama mais baixa (embora, ainda assim, interessante) |

вид из номера, до моря 2 минуты пешком обучить где-нибудь персонал гостиницы, особенно женщин на ресепшен, все-таки отель 5 звезд, хоть и в Болгарии; нанять аниматоров, которые кроме болгарского и немецкого знают хотя бы пару слов на других языках, в противном случае создается впечатления, что остальные туристы персоны нон-грата в гостинице; проводить уборку в номерах в утреннее время (до 12.00), т.к. в отеле много маленьких детей, которые ложатся спать днем да и не все туристы с 12 часов дня готовы сидеть на пляже в ожидании когда им уберут номер; убраться на пляже, деньги за лежаки и зонты собираются исправно, а никто не гарантирует вам, что вы не наступите на собачьи экскрименты или на стекло, про окурки я даже не упоминаю, они хоть не опасны. |

mooi hotel goed gelegen niet ver van luchthaven en bezoekwaardige steden, grote kamers goed ingericht en rustig animatie o ,het eten was altijd het zelfde en was niet lekker vele mensen klaagde er over ,bij het nemen van all inn kon men niet van alle faciliteiten gebruik maken of men moest bij betalen. dit hotel zou uitstekend worden als er meer animatie zou zijn en iets aan de keuken moest veranderen. |

Hotel je moc pekny, stvoreny pro dovolene rodicu s detmi. Personal prijemny. Trochu nas potrapila logika bulharskych vytahu v hotelu (kdo navstivi , pochopi - nejsou rizeny centralne).Skoda , ze okoli - to co je za resortem - neni pekne. |

L'espace de liberte pour les enfants, qui peuvent jouer en toute securite dans 3 piscine, sur la plage et meme au bowling. La restauration, mediocre, et le forfait "tout-compris" qui donne acces a des facilites souvent fermees ou aux horaires imprevisibles, et ne permet pas de beneficier des autres restaurants moyennant un simple supplement. L'environnement de l'hotel, tres mediocre. |
