Location and size of apartments

Cooker didnot work.

We were close to the gondola and the apartment was set in a quiet wooded area,,,,were we could walk our dog.

More comfortable seating as only 1 setter and the apartments was for 6 people.

Clean facilities. Appartment kitchen equiped. Appartment is cleaned each day. Good space. We took 2 appartments next to each other. Studio (for Parents) & Single bedroom (for 3 children). The resturant of Flora hotel is very good. Both for Breakfast and Dinner (cost extra, but less than eating out side). Lots of Vegetables and fruits on top of the regular expected food.

There is no formal loby. the Loby of Flora hotel (which is related yet separate entity) gave us a local phone number to call in order to talk to apartments staff. Yet, once we called, service was quick and good.

Bad organization, we arrived late, the manager of our booking wasn't there, the reception couldn't speak english, we could hardly get the rooms. Breakfast in an other building, spa center even more far away and not included in the price! The cleaning ladies just made the beds, in 3 days we did not become fresh towels! I wouldn't stay there again!

Easy to find, close to Gondola, spacious and clean, good parking, good price.

The appartment location is the main plus with a short walk to and from the Sitnyakovo ski center or the Yastrebetz gondola. The apartments are warm and clean and the staff helpfull. Price is very reasonable.

Spa facilities are not included in the price and you need to pay an extra 6lv for adults and 3lv for children to use them. Spa facilities are in a separate building and you need to waik back to where you stay in the cold.

Everything was lovely! The apartment was spacious for 3 of us. It was close to the main road and about 5 minutes walk to the piste. We stayed at the Clover Apartment. Very comfortable to come back to after a hard day on the piste! Wifi wasn't working the first day, but it was quickly resolved.

Some cooking utensils were lacking. Only a small knife and a really small chopping board was available and we had to cut everything with that!

Large apartments, well equipped and situated just above the ski lift to the slopes. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, close to the hiking trails and the lift, great and cheap family-run restaurants nearby. The apartment has everything you need for a couple of days, including a hair-dryer, TV, fridge and even a toaster. It's very quiet, clean and private. Totally worth it!

I was surprised at the quality of the accommodation at such a low price. It is very convenient, 200 meters from the sky lift. I was met at the bus station in the nearby town and driven to the apartment. The staff could not have been more helpful. I will stay again when I next have a weekend in Sofia.

Not enough parking spaces for all the appartments, so you have to park in the hotel parking if there is a free park space.

Hair in the bath. No spa, restaurant, bar, no breakfast then either - should have warned on the website.

the apartments are very good for family with small children, have everything you need - a kitchen , balcon and ets . It is clean and has very good location. Staff is perfect.

Everything was great, except some of the services did not work. The indoor pool, sauna and restaurant were not available due to small number of guests, as they said. Other than this, everything was perfect for one small family. Best regards.

The place is very close to the center, yet quite secluded and calm. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to relax, but also want to have some restaurants nearby. The slopes are also across the street.

номер частный, не входит сеть гостиницы флора, и по этому все услуги платные, бассейн, сауна, столовая, даже нет скидок.

много добро съотношение цена/качество. много чисто и уютно обзаведено. разположението също е много добро - на по 2-3 мин. от кабинковия лифт и от х-л рила

имаше доста шумни англичани на етажа, които пристигаха, тръгваха, пееха и буйстваха посред нощ. Откъм закуска има какво още да се желае.
