Pool, nice for the kids, could order some omelett when it was breakfast, a walk from the hotel to obzor when you have 3 kids aboute 45 min (main road), but there is a another road/path to walk would take aboute 20 min, when you come out from the reseption take to the right, follow the path. the stab should speak english, the apartments should be more sound isolatied, get some child meny, more service from the stab, breakfast little to choice, more than 200 steps to the beach, more variation on the music they played, bad road from the main road to the hotel, much litter/garbage also at this road. |

Very nice design, everything completely new and stylish, very nice view from the balconies, peaceful place away from all touristic turmoil of Obzor, water in swimming pools recycled very well, big interior free parking, staff friendly, for relaxing peaceful holidays with a good sense of luxury Breakfast is very poor comparing with the looks of this hotel, the room service took care of everything except floor (no mopping), although the general look of the room is very clean, spa is just jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, no person for massage or something, although it seems that a lot of future facilities are still under construction, gym equipment is home-like, not professional, road to hotel is narrow abandoned and 800m from central road with a very small sign reading "the Cliff" that you virtually can not find in the dark |

It is quiet and cozy, the suite was generously spacious, the staff is courteous and available. The pools are wonderful, especially for children. There are more than 200 steps to go down to the beach/ to climb back to the hotel. However there is an alternate nice sandy beach where you can go to, by car, in 3 minutes. |

La chambre etait tres bien; le personnel du restaurant tres pro; Le personnel de la réception qui n'a jamais su repondre à nos quetions(pourtant pas tres difficiles comme le non fonctionnement de certains services pourtant vantées);la propreté du spa...La piscine interieure "censée" etre chauffée(l'eau devait etre à 13degres lorsqu'on l'a essayer);la limitation de l'eau chaude (pas de possiblité de prendre 4 douches d'affilée dasn une suite faite pour 4/5 personnes....).Pub mensongere : on nous avez proposé de venir nous chercher à l'aeroport gratuitement or lors de la reservation de ce service :pas de possibilité de venir nous chercher car en septembre ce service ne fonctionne pas(ils le savaient qu'on avait reservé pour septembre lors de l'envoi de la propposition!!!) |

A fost liniste-(doar pt ca erau max 10 camere ocupate). Personal calificat,(in mod expres la restaurant).Amenajarea piscinei-sunt prea putine locuri pt plaja.Loc de joaca pt copii. |

L'hotel est situé au calme par rapport à toute l'agitation du centre ville. La SPA est de très bonne qualité et les chambres sont très propres. Le personnel est long à la détente : 20 min pour payer notre chambre (entre la vérification du mini bar et que nous avions bien effectué notre paiement sur booking). De plus nous avons récupéré nos passeports avec la carte d'identité d'un français présent dans l'hotel. |

*De zeer goede service van het personeel. *Het heerlijk ontbijt met vers geperste sinaasappelsap. * De superkamer met Jacuzzi op het balkon. *Dagelijks onderhouden zwembaden. Alles was een grote klapper! |

Ambiente & Ausstattung ausgezeichnet u. qualitativ auch im Detail hochwertig, externe& ruhige Lage für mich persönlich sehr angenehm Service leider unprofessionell, Mitarbeiter scheinbar schlecht bzw. ungeschult, Frühstück ziemlich mager &schlecht oganisiert, statt W-LAN wie ausgeschrieben erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage LAN-Kabel bekommen |

Hotel neuf très calme dont les balcons donnent sur de magnifiques piscines en cascade. Chambre spacieuse climatisée, belle Sdb. Petit déjeuner correct servi en terrasse. Très bon rapport qualité/prix/service. Accès à la plage située en contrebas de l'hôtel à pied ou accès à une belle plage aménagée et peu fréquentée à 10 mn en voiture en direction de Burgas. |

Соотношение цены и качества. Удобство планировки отеля. Наличие качественных и дорогих шампуней и т.д. в ванных. Качественное пастельное белье и полотенца в номерах. Новизна отеля. Сделать спуск к морю. На деле его просто нет. Только бассейн. До моря надо идти через чужой отель по крутой лестнице |
