Friendly staff, very clean and tidy, good location, nice surroundings.

The hotel has a nice Maroccan design and relaxation music in the rooms. The way to the beach was well mentained. We had to climb 250 stairs from the beach, through the wood, but it was a nice way.

The hotel was to far from the vturistic area. There are no signs from the main road in order to get there. The room had a wall with dampness and the water was cold due all the time. The personalle is not trained at all and the manager doen't know how to behave with clients and how to run a 4 star hotel. They kept our papers for 4 days and didn't give them back on check out becuase they missedplaced them. We had to turn from the boarder 300 km and they didn't want to recognise their mistake. The manager's behaviour was outrageous. Although we stayed at the hotel for 4 nights she didn't consider us clients. The food is also very poor. The breakfast is allways the same and the food from the restaurant is expensive.

Excellent location, very nice architecure, it`s a quiet place where you can relax.

The all inclusive services are poor and the staff is not very friendly.

We stayed at the Cliff Beach for a couple of nights in June, as a little treat, we have an apartment in Ravda and decided to travel down to Obzor for a change and to see the area. The Hotel staff are really lovely and the Hotel itself is beautiful with gorgeous rooms and facilities, however the beach is quite a good downward climb, I think 200 steps, but it is a worthwhile trek to see it, just wish there was an easier way to get to it ! The only thing that we had a slight issue with was the food, we stayed on an all inclusive light option, and just thought there could have been a better selection, the lunch was the better meal of the day, but it really didn't bother us too much as we certainly didn't go hungry, (the a la carte menu was excellent if you wish to spend exra) and overall we would definitely recommend this Hotel, was very good value for money and was very tastefully designed, loved the decor. Will come back for a short stay again, and not too crowded either in June, it's a nice time to visit. Thanks to the friendly staff we had a great time here ....

Este amplasat intr-o zona extraordinara.Pentru a ajunge la hotel trebuie sa mergeti de la strada principala aproximativ un kilometru ,o alee prin vita de vie.Spre plaja se coboara prin padure,pe scari din lemn. Mancarea de la restaurant a fost buna,diversificata.

Inca din momentul sosirii am intampinat probleme,deoarece ne-a fost prezentat un apartament mic,cu un miros insuportabil emanat de canalul din zona ,cu vedere la arbusti si iarba necosita;desi in prezentare toate apartamentele erau spatioase si cu vedere la mare.Pentru a-l schimba a trebuit sa vorbim cu doamna manager, care ne-a ignorat total(sfidatoare si aroganta).Dupa ce am schimbat trei camere,ne-am petrecut sejurul intr-una in care am gasit si plase de paianjen,ceea ce denota aspectul curat al camerei.Dupa toate acestea d-na manager ne-a motivat prezenta aspectelor negative din cauza faptului ca sejurul a fost achizitionat Last Minute.Concluzie: nu mergeti la acest hotel last minute

Camera a fost foarte spatioasa si decorata bine. Este un hotel linistit. Pentru odihna este recomandabil.

Din punct de vedere al curateniei mai au de lucru, diversitatea felurilor de mancare este limitata. Amenajarea spatiilor pentru copii ( 2 - 5 ani ) este aproape inexistenta. Piscina hotelului practic nu asigura un bazin destinat copiilor. Babysitting/Servicii pentru copii pomenit pe site-ul hotelului este inexistent.

Sauna et hammam. Merci à Reni et à son collègue pour leur grande aide lors d'une mésaventure. Bons souvenirs de Obzor et de la Bulgarie. Hôtel très propre, salle de restaurant agréable.

Petite salle de fitness sans clim. Tout inclus bizarre : nous appelerions cela une pension complète boissons incluses. Accès à la plage par un escalier sportif.

Este un loc minunat pentru o familie cu copii mai mici sau pentru o familie care isi doreste liniste, relaxare si odihna. Este cam departe plaja, dar drumul este printr-o padurice ceea ce iti da senzatia de munte si mare in acelasi loc.

Desi in hotel erau maxim 20 de persoane, dintre acestea doar 5 copii, nu am inteles "politica" de oferire de inghetata doar strict copiilor si doar atunci cand se solicita, noi afland de asta intamplator. Iar "all inclusiv light" inseamna de fapt doar 3 mese pe zi si nimic altceva.

Непогано,але нічого особливого. Кухня як кухня,готель як готель.Територія гарна.але є багато зауважень.

Можливо це мароканський стиль,але це зовсім не мармурові підлоги. Проблема з нормальною гарячою водою.Дуже дуже неякісно все збудовано.Біля басейну плитка відвалюється.Лежаки наполовину поломані.Дорогу до моря треба інколи прибирати,а не викидати туди будівельне сміття. На парковці на авто тече каналізація. Прибирають як небудь.Чомусь від час нашого перебування відбуваються весілля.На 4 зірки це зовсім не заслуговує. Вам треба покращувати сервіс- це слабенько на 3-

Plaja este neamenajata, minunata, linistita, fara muzica Amplasamentul este ales perfect si privelistea asupra marii, dealurilor si padurii este spectaculoasa. Arhitectura hotelului este impresionanta, apartamentul extrem de spatios si aranjat cu mult bun-gust, paturi comfortabile, foarte multa liniste si atmosfera placuta, intimitate. Mancarea este preparata excelent si foarte sanatoasa.

nu exista cuvinte de lauda;

pe site se mentioneaza existenta umbrelelor si a sezlongurilor pe plaja amenajata particilara a hotelului; realitatea a fost alta, nu exista plaja amenajata cu atat mai putin umbrele si sezlonguri; la piscina hotelului nu sunt suficiente sezlonguri, exista program de utilizare a acesteia pana in ora 18:00. nu exista uscator de par si papuci de interior in toate camerele asa cum suntem informati pe site; personalul foarte uracios;
