2 seperate nights only i cup in room for tea for 2 people next night no kettle or cups in room also socket hannging off wall and did not work hotel has went down hill from last year also a horrible smell in corridoor to room which did not go away

Excellent location, very nice hotel - room well equiped.

Friendly staff. Very good restaurant with national cuisine, good beer.

Very centric, clean and safe option. Bathroom was sparkling, yet a bit tiny (bulgarian-style open showers - you will get used to it while traveling Bulgaria). Breakfast was included and more than fine. Helpful staff, especially in the evening (we arrived very late and it was no big deal at all doing the check-in). Very recommendable. Book due in advance, as there are very few rooms.

Well, the rooms are not too big, but are fine and manageable. Bathroom-door might need a repair, as closing it was impossible (didn't fit possibly due to damage by water).

The hotel was only a short walk into Sofia and the Old Town. Parking was available right outside. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable and had a little bar fridge. The restaurant food was delicious and also reasonably priced. Breakfast was also delicious with a variety of foods and a freshly cooked omelette.

Staff were particularly good and although the rooms were very modern the communal areas possessed a great deal of character. Close enough (about £8 in a taxi) to Vitosha National Park (beautiful) and walking distance to all the citys sights.

We received a warm welcome from the staff on arrival and were made to feel at home. We spent an enjoyable evening with the owner of the hotel who was a real star. We would definitely use the hotel again. The room was great. Well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of cereals, cold meats, fruit juice, bread and freshly cooked omelette on request.

we spent a great time in this hotel.employers are simply wonderful and helpfully (Ivan you're the best!) The hotel is quitem and clean, not far from the centre. The cuisine is excellent and not expensive. Without any doubts i advice alls to spend a stay in this hotel.
