Det var veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale, jeg har et matallergiproblem som de tok med største alvor, noe som var betryggende. Stilen forøvrig var uhøytidlig og hjemlig. |

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the parking is very useful and the location superb only the very small staircase to the bedrooms on one side and the bathroom if you were using the restaurant, not suitable for infirm people |

We stayed here for 9 nights and the staff were always warm and friendly,we were made to feel very welcome. Rooms and beds very comfortable and clean, a real home from home. The Restaurant has an extensive menu, we ate there a few times and very reasonably priced. We would most certainly return to this hotel and highly recommend it. The shower room in small room, best described as a wet room and boy was it wet when you had a shower!! Not practical really. |

It was our second stay. Its in a great spot, has a decent restaurant and the staff couldnt be better. Excellent value for the money. Had a big room with a beautiful bathroom. |

The hotel was very clean and the rooms are the best I 've stayed in and have paid a great deal more for what I would say is rubbish. Hotel staff very friendly and we had a laught with the waitress. food in the resterant was well cook and at a good price. Only thing and not just at this hotel but all over should have more tea/coffee in the room as people do need a drink after arriving. |

The room was amazing being large + spacious with probably the best shower ever. The bed was a delight 2 sleep in + the staff were very helpful. |

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, who would do anything to help. A little English spoken which was most useful. Easily accessible central location well positioned for parkland, bus and tram stops. Were even kind enough to lay on a driver to take us up in to the Vitosha mountains for a days walking. |

Good atmosphere to hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff in a good location. Restaurant had extensive menu and food was good. My 79 yr old Mother liked the hotel. |

The hotel is very nice inside. It seems to have been renovated recently. The room was in excellent condition, and I really liked the bathroom. I was looking for the hotel, I was just outside of it and I could not tell where the hotel was. Finally I asked a guard near there! |

If you go to Sofia for a short trip this is a perfect place to stay: it is in the center of the city, but also quiet (on a small street near Vitosha Blv.), you have a parking place in the courtyard. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean, nicely furnished, the breakfast was good. We received a map of Sofia and indications about the interesting places. |

There are 3 main features of this hotel - Location, Location, Location! To find a place for parking in the surrounding streets is also not that difficult, at least during the weekend. Staff members are very polite and effective - we are pleasantly surprised. Congratulations everyone at the House! To me cleanliness was a disappointment, but I admit to be a little too picky on that issue. However, that did not spoil my positive impressions of the place. |
