Точность работы персонала. Вежливое, спокойное и внимательное отношение работников и хозяев. Достаточно просторный номер с высоким потолком. Холодильник в номере. WiFi позволяет использовать Scype. Не помешало бы большое зеркало в номере (а не только в туалете). Нет стола, куда бы можно было сесть для продолжительной работы с ноутбуком, поместив удобно ноги (имеющийся стол занят телевизором - приходится либо ютиться рядом с ним, либо пользоваться низкими тумбочками). |

номер, душевая с доп. вентилированием, полотенца, халат банный, тапочки, телевизор, холодильник, бокалы для вина, мало номеров, т.е народу, как следствие высокое внимание ко всем посетителям побольше освещения |

Быстрое устранение возникающих проблем Убрать всю несоответствующую действительности информацию из описания отеля. Хорошо было бы все таки убирать номера, даже во время кратносрочного (не более 2-х ночей) пребывания в отеле. |

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the parking is very useful and the location superb only the very small staircase to the bedrooms on one side and the bathroom if you were using the restaurant, not suitable for infirm people |

We stayed here for 9 nights and the staff were always warm and friendly,we were made to feel very welcome. Rooms and beds very comfortable and clean, a real home from home. The Restaurant has an extensive menu, we ate there a few times and very reasonably priced. We would most certainly return to this hotel and highly recommend it. The shower room in small room, best described as a wet room and boy was it wet when you had a shower!! Not practical really. |

It was our second stay. Its in a great spot, has a decent restaurant and the staff couldnt be better. Excellent value for the money. Had a big room with a beautiful bathroom. |

The hotel was very clean and the rooms are the best I 've stayed in and have paid a great deal more for what I would say is rubbish. Hotel staff very friendly and we had a laught with the waitress. food in the resterant was well cook and at a good price. Only thing and not just at this hotel but all over should have more tea/coffee in the room as people do need a drink after arriving. |

The room was amazing being large + spacious with probably the best shower ever. The bed was a delight 2 sleep in + the staff were very helpful. |
