Everything. The owner was Totally amazing. Dimitri is his name. We phoned him for directions and he came out to meet us in the street to guide us up to our stay. He was very kind, informative. Was very keen to help in whatever way possible. The breakfast was fantastic. His advise on the area was very good. Also a very good christian man. Guest house is very curious and old. but beautifully renovated. Would definitely stay again. Well done Dimitri. 10/10
leaving. There is nothing negative to say.
Excellent choice for a retreat: in family, in a small group of friends, with colleagues. The owner Dimitar will make sure you will home, with all logistic troubles removed, so you can focus on your holiday, on your relaxation or your brainstorming for a new corporate strategy. The fireplace will be warm, the room clean, the place clean: everything to start indulging yourself, family, friends and brain!!
Dimitri is a superb host! Breakfast and the discussions were fantastic, he shared his knowledge of Lovech and Bulgaria with us. Beautiful place with comforts of home and an opportunity to meet other travellers. Loved it.
This guest house in Lovech’s Old Town, The Varosha Quarter, has been beautifully and lovingly restored by the owners and is exceptionally comfortable yet affordable. Breakfast was included and was generous and delicious. The shower in the ensuite bathroom had a curtain keeping the bathroom comfortably dry. Parking is free and safe. The couple that own the guesthouse are very friendly and helpful and between them speak excellent English and German. Kitchen and common dining room for the use of all. Excellent Bulgarian cuisine at the Tavern Varosha very close by.
Everything was perfect or better.
The traditional house was tastefully renovated, the breakfast was magnificent, complete with a plate of local donuts. The host was very friendly and told us about the history of the city and the places to visit (like the village museum that presents two complete traditional houses).

Everything was perfect. Unique house, the owners were very kind and if you need more information about the city they can advice you for everything! If you go in Lovech this is the place!
Very helpful and attentive hosts. Breakfast was delicious with home made bread, jam and local honey. Was a great place to use as a base to explore Emen canyon and Devetashka caves.
Our host was outstanding and very helpful, almost too helpful! Sometimes getting away was difficult when he started talking. Extremely polite, nothing was too much trouble. Facilities were wonderful and extremely clean. The house was well located to the township; the address provided in Booking.Com didn't match the GPS street names but the lat/long coordinates got us close.
I arrived in Lovech in the late afternoon and contacted the owner who came to escort me to his B&B. It was only a few minutes from the town centre. The accommodation was of a high standard and I was offered a choice of rooms which were all clean, neat and comfortable. I needed to find a village outside of Lovech and the owner who is fluent in English escorted me. The breakfast was delicious and more than adequate. I will definitely visit again when in Lovech. Highly recommended.
Very warm and welcoming owners, beautiful building, perfect location right in the center of the old town.
The host and his wife are really lovely people who made us feel very welcome they also told us about the history of the local area. The accommodation has been restored to the highest standard and everything during our stay was just perfect, we would definitely stay here again
There nothing to dislike here.
Everything. We got much personal attention from the owners. They advised us about a very good restaurant in the neighborhood and gave much touristic tips and told a lot about the national history. We loved the open fireplace in the cosy sitting room. When you go to Lovech: stay here!
We needed some help to find the exact location of the guest house. So ring them and they will guide you to there location in the middle of the old town with a good parking place in front of the house.
The owner and his wife were lovely people and their hospitality was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for them. This place is most definately the jewel of Lovech and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I definately want to visit again. A perfect end to my visit to Bulgaria.
We spent 2 days in Lovech, at Dimitar's house. He was very helpfull, and nice with us. The kitchen is very well furnished, and the breakfast (with home bred) was very complet ! The room and bathroom were perfectly clean, with hot water, soap, and towels. We recommand it !
Everything is excellent, especially the owner, who is very friendly and does everything with real gusto. The atmosphere is amazing, the view - superb and it is really cozy. I was very happy with my choice.
The guest house was warm, clean and well situated for the town and also the local historic sights. The owner was friendly extremely helpful and very knowledgable on local and national history.
The host was very helpful, be sure i will come back
You can seat and talk with the owners.if you are interesting and smart they understand it, and you can enjoy your time with them! Very clean, comfort and beautiful rooms. Perfect and rich breakfast! We loved the living room for the guests, with the nice fire place! We'll be there again for sure! Highly recommended!
Excellent people, quiet location. Close to the city center and museums.
It is an old-renewed stone house in the old town. The owner is a very polite man who try to do everything that will make your stay pleasant. On the first contact with mister Dimitar(the owner), he gave us all the informations we needed, which places to visit in the area where to eat(even if a good reastaurant is a part of another hotel) as well as the history of the town. We felt we are in our home. The breakfast is home made and rich. I strongly recommend it to everyone.
