Valeo Hotel

It's quite during night and close to the Palace &Botanical garden.

The description & pictures on the site are very appealing but reality is different...no atmosphere, no mini bar, no room service.Rooms smell bad and were not very clean (esp.the windows).Price is extremely high for the offered accomodation & service.

The hotel is comfortable, it has a good position, near the beach and a very good breakfast.

It has no parking.

I liked the location and the view. The price was reasonable.

The staff was unfriendly. There were very few amenities. The lift was broken with no aplogy or indication that it would ever be fixed. Carrying bags up 5 flight of stairs after a long trip is very stressful.

Very very well placed near the beach and not far from the Castel of Queen Maria.Sea view, free wireless internet, and the jacuzzi on the roof.Nice staff.

The cleanliness of the room, it could be much better.

In my reservation i asked for 2 rooms at the first floor but i receive a room at the second floor and one at the ground floor.The room at the ground flour don't have telephone and balcony but the price is the same with others who have.

I liked facilities of the hotel, especially the terrace with Jacuzzi and sea view, were you can perfectly relax.

I do not like the behavior of the receptionist who was on the reception at the moment where we arrived to the hotel. She has a very insolent attitude, saying that we do not have any booking to the hotel, even after she looked somewhere in her evidence. It was necessary to show the print of the reservation from booking.com, to convince her to give me my booked room.

There was free wireless internet, and the jacuzzi on the roof. Also the hotel was very close to the beach. The personnel was kind. I believe that the money are fair for these services.

There was nearby a cock, which sing from 4 a.m to 8 a.m every 5 minutes, with a very penetrative sound. Very disturbing. Also the hot water wasn't available after 11 p.m. The restaurant of the hotel function only for breakfast. I paid a triple room with sea view, but the sea view was let say cached, right in front was another new hotel, the sea could bee seen in certain angle from the window. I believe that it worth better a studio, without sea view, for the same money. The third bed was an extensible bed chair. One bed sheet had a hole.

the view from the room. it was verry clean and had lots of space.the hotel was quiet and relaxing.

The location of the hotel was very good, right near the beach and the town. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The parking on site was adequate. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel advertizes as swimming pool use next door, this was not open. The minibar was not stocked either.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The breakfast is kind of por in choice

The rooms are large and confortable.The view are very nice.

Not all the staff speak english, and because of this it was difficult to solve our minore problems.
