Friendliness of staff,cleanliness and comfort of room. Quietness ,sea view,closeness to restaurants etc. Very good quality hotel.

No lift especially if on 4th floor! No beverage facilities in hotel No mini bar or facility to purchase even water in the hotel.such a pity they don't have a restaurant as the hotel itself is excellent.

Great hotel - lovely sea view, contemporary decor, good bathroom (with shower tray - unlike most Bulgarian hotels which seem to favour wetrooms). Very good price - at least out of season. Staff spoke excellent English. Can't really see what some reviewers are complaining about.

Just one little quibble - the pillows were rather lumpy and uncomfortable.

The rooms look new, it is close to the sea, all rooms have view to the beach/sea.

The water in the jacuzzi on the roof-top is very cold.

I loved the location! Staff at the hotel was very friendly, room was clean and stylish, totally loved it!

Excellent location, surprisingly quiet, friendly staff. I recommend the upper floor sea-view rooms.

It is located in the port center, 2 minutes from the main attractions of the town and 10 minutes walk from the Castle and garden. The hotel has a beautiful roof terrace not well advertised and used as it should be.

They need a handyman: all things in bathroom were falling, moving or sliding. The shower was a really dangerous place: had a door swinging on a knob and the other disappeared. Well, it was an adventure to make a shower.

Good location, very nice view from the rooms with the seaside orientation, quiet place, many shops very close to the hotel. The room that we used was clean, every day we had the floor washed up and the towels changed every two days, good wi-fi connaction. TV is useless for a Romanian speaker, but if you want a quiet and peaceful holliday you really don't need it

There are few detalis that keep this hotel to a common level such as the lack of some pieces from the bathroom, a little bit dusty and, maybe, the lack of priviacy on the balcony where there are just walls of glass between the neighbours.

The hotel has no elevator, so if your luggage is rather big and heavy you should be ready for some powerlifting exercises. The air conditioning is hung right over kid's bed, so you can forget about using it during the night sleep.

Wifi was weak and slow: need to ask to reset router daily and was a bit slow but email worked perfectly. Air conditioneer is quite loud when working. Not very sound proof, you can hear water and people loud talk

The best thing about Hotel Valeo is its location!!! Excellent location! Nice view from our room! Quiet at night! The staff were nice and helped to fix the little inconveniences that occured in the bathroom during our stay! They cleaned the floor each day. I would stay there again!

The walls and furniture in the room were not in that perfect condition shown on the pictures herewith! Furniture looked old and cheap. The sheets the first few nights were not good. Apart from that I liked the hotel as a whole, and I would stay there again due to its perfect location. But be advised that the pictures on booking.com and the hotel's website make you expect a lot more and you may find yourself a little disappointed when you first arrive.

The hotel is clean, the double bed is enormous.

There is no buffet breakfast. There is no real beach in Balcic. If you want a proper beach then the closest is at Albena.

Breakfast could be better and cleanliness could be improved (the cleaning ladies just took out the garbage and changed the towels; the floor was dirty and dusty since check-in and haven't been cleaned during our 3-day stay)

Despite the fact that the hotel is pretty new (I suppose no more than 5 years), the quality of the furniture/doors/bathroom is low and not in a good shape.

The towels are not very clean, the pillow are very small. The stuff don't speak english.

It was a nice view to the seaside from our room which was clean and big enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we did not arrive in the morning to taste their breakfast (they offer only breakfasts) so we cannot say anything about their food. Beside this, the location is near many restaurants and terraces. You can reach very fast the Castle which is only at 1 km far away. Yes, we would reccommend this hotel and we would come again.

Manque de convivialité, peche aux infos, petit déjeuner moyen, le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas, dommage par ces belles journées...
