Valeo Hotel  

Cleanliness of the room, excelent placed near beach and restaurants, nice hotel staff, nice views of sea and port. Altough not swedish buffet, breakfast was enough and satisfactory.

The room with a view was excellent. Clean, enough space. Good location, close to the beach, easy access.

The breakfast is poor and charging 5 euro/person is far too much since is not a buffet.

We arrived at the Valeo hotel at noon, on 21st of August. The check in must be done at 2 pm. This might be a bit disturbing if you arrive earlier. The hotel is very well located, central, near the main attractions, The Castle and The Botanical Garden, which are marvelous and a must visit if you arrive in Balcik. The rooms are very nice, well furnished and clean. The balcony offers a beautiful sea view.

The parking....almost absent. Breakfast - a-la-carte menu, with few options.

Location, very close to the small beach which is the only beach in Balchik. The view, from a high floor and a room with a view. Try to avoid rooms without balcony. Staff kind, especially the older lady.

Upon arrival we were told that the room we booked (triple room with sea view) cannot be given to us due to a mistake...and we were offered a double room with no view. After complaining we were offered a studio as of the second night which we accepted. So, rather unreliable service but at least they corrected their mistake. There is also a disco not far from the hotel which starts at midnight and keeps on with loud music until at least 3am sometimes. Apparently, the whole resort is disturbed by it and not too much can be done. The breakfast is rather limited as regarding the choice, mainly eggs, but they are fresh.

It was very close to the beach and to restaurants, the staff was very nice, the room was big, clean and comfortable.

Our room was located very near reception area, it was noisy. Some receptionists are noisy, they talk loudly at 7:30 in the morning and also make noise with high heels. Also, the room isolatios was very poor, we had very noisy nerighbours for one night, it was impossible to sleep.

hotelul ar putea avea 4 stele cu usurinta dupa aspect si confortul camerelor.

micul dejun este in schimb cam slab si exista o mica problema cu locurile insuficiente de parcare.

Camera mare, luminoasa, curata

Camera spatioasa, cu vedere spre mare. Hotelul amplasat foarte aproape de plaja.

Micul dejun extrem de sarac in optiuni si nu in sistem bufet suedez. Practic ai de ales dintr -o lista de preparate, toate fiind variatiuni pe aceeasi tema (sunca, cascaval, oua). Hotelul nu are plaja proprie, asa ca sezlongurile si umbrelele de plaja se platesc. Observatie: Am notat cu "bine" raportul pret-calitate facand abstractie de micul dejun. Daca as include in apreciere si costul acestuia, calificativul ar fi "satisfacator".

приветливый, доброжелательный персонал! удобное расположение - всё рядом - в радиусе 100м! (пляж,кафе, маркет, банк и т.д.)

мелкие бытовые неурядицы, которые, впрочем, очень быстро устранялись! несколько высокие цены - в этом ценовом диапазоне рядом находиться апарт- отель марина сити, который на голову выше!

Искренне рекомендую! Отличный и приветливый персонал, великолепное месторасположение отеля (до пляжа 1 минута или 40 метров), удобнейший подъезд для такси, первый отель на пути в центр города. Кондиционер есть и это огромный плюс. Вид на море шикарен. Набор сервисов отеля (душ, фен, интернет, и т.д.) - весьма хороши!
