Great value and excellent support from staff, a quiet place to rest at the end of the day

It was small studio on the 6th floor and good for one night stay.

We ordered a taxi for 4am and our big surprise and disapointment was that the elevator was not working and we had to cary our suite cases 6 floors down by hand. It was big disapointment realy. Next time I will make sure to reserve a room in a real hotel, not a private studio apartment.

Very modern, comfortable, clean and sufficient in all regards. I very much enjoyed the decor and the comprehensive facilities. Situated in a de luxe building close to shops, bars and restaurants and with good public transport access to the city centre. The staff were extremely considerate and kind. They even did my laundry at no extra charge. I would certainly stay there again when visiting Sofia.

Distance from the centre was a little more than I expected. But it was no problem... plenty of buses and trams and the taxis are cheap.

Located next to comercial center. Good connections with the city. Great hospitality. Very comfortable for a couple with a child.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of shops very nearby. Well equiped apartment and great shower which had a steam setting!

Parking charge 6 euro per day

Very well decorated and spacious appartment. Located close to the airport and relatively close to the city center. The Arena Armeec is on walking distance (we booked the appartment for the asot600 event in Arena Armeec). There is a mall with a supermarket just underneath the appartment for all daily groceries. If you would like to grab a small drink go to the just around the corner (same building, second floor). We used the pickup service from Nexus. The driver and Nexus Manager Johan was very prompt, helpful and friendly. He also took us back to the airport on sunday morning; what a great service. There are some small restaurants like a sushi bar and traditional restaurants close by. But take an official dark-yellow taxi to take you to the city center (just say Park National Palace of Culture; about 4 euro's from the appartment).

Nothing is good.

I didn't like it. I will never book it again. Nobody knows it even the taxies. Sometimes I can not find the stuff. Very very very dirty studio. No cleaning service. The sofa was in a bad condition. The bed was uncomfortable. I booked a studio with a balcony, but the balcony was very very very small. In general, the apartments were inhabitant. So I felt afraid. I rarely see people in the building. I really don't recommend it for anybody.

I didn't like anything about the studio.

Everything was bad. It wasn't clean.It wasn't prepared with many things that we need for cleaning. Moreover, the studio was at the end of a long path Which was very dark ( no lights ) all the rooms were inhabitant. It was really scary. I will never recommend these apartments for anyone.

Good location next to shoping center. Nice room with excellent WiFi connection.

I arrive late in the evening and need to call person for room key.

Spacious apartment, next to a small shopping mall that has a variety of shops including a large supermarket, food floor, bank and more. The apartment is air conditioned and the spa apartment which we were, was very quiet. Not in the city center but taxis incredibly cheap. The price includes a generous tip can amount to 3.5 euros.

the apartment is Perfect!!! but I want to warn against Crooks taxis, They are usually at taxi stands and pose as a regular cab they are very similar rate tags as ordinary taxis but supposedly more expensive price per kilometer (double normal). These rogue taxis allegedly cost only twice but a 5 km appear as if you drove 18 Km. please be ware.

Everything was great- the room was well designed, modern, and clean and the bathroom was top of the line. There is no view, but if you are just looking for a place for an overnight stay to spend some relaxing time, this place hits the mark. It is relatively close to the airport, no street noise, free Wi-Fi, in a mall...

The location is amazing! It is a nice neighborhood and the bottom floors of the building house a medium-size shopping mall, including a grocery store. The apartment was very quiet. There is work being done on other apartments in the building, but I did not hear it at all during my stay. The staff was very friendly, easy to get in touch with and let me checkout late. The bed was large and comfortable. Everything is new - from appliances to bedding to furniture.

the apartment was very well equipped, cozy and comfortable in a quiet building minutes from the city center. the room had a beautiful mountain view. the are had great shopping, transportation and parking for my rental car.the staff was extremely kowledgeable, helpful and accommodating . the greatest perk was the free laundry service which made my stay even more carefree. I travel frequently to Bulgaria and usually stay in hotels but I think that from now on i will choose to stay only at the Nexus apartments because of the value, comfort and the stress- free atmosphere. I will also recommend it highly to my friends and colleagues.

бельото за спане беше ужасно, завивката прашна, хавлиите миришеха на гадно и посивели като шкурка от употреба и не добро пране, мивката в банята е супер неудобна,къпеш се заедно с парцалите за миене на под.а,бе думи нямам -все едно бяхме в квартира на студенти-заварено положение.нищо общо с уют-наслагани мебели -никому ненужни.

Расположение очень удобное, в любую точку города можно попасть достаточно быстро. Совсем рядом есть ресторан Апетит с шикарной кухней. До Тортуги в Гео Милев тоже достаточно близко.

1. Паркинг под торговым центром и прямого доступа к апартаментам нет - надо проходить через ТЦ. 2. Поскольку завтрак приносят в номер, необходимо еще вечером сказать, во сколько его принесут. 3. Жил две ночи, остатки первого завтрака из номера так никто и не унес. Если бы прочитал отзывы (про завтрак в номере, например), скорее всего не поехал бы сюда. Ребята стараются, никто не спорит, но рядом есть достаточное количество отелей, в которых система обслуживания налажена более удобным (для меня) образом.

Πολυ design(ατο) loft... καλωδιακη τηλεοραση επιανε μεχρι και ελληνικα καναλια....ο μανατζερ μας σκλαβωσε με την προθυμια του να μας συστησει μεροι για να επισκεφτουμε και να ψωνισουμε..

Отлично расположены апартаменты - центр города, внизу продуктовые магазины, до аэропорта меньше 10 минут. Очень уютно, чисто, есть все необходимое, бесплатный WiFi. Персонал приветливый, обращались в любое время суток.
