Good location, food ok drinks reasonably priced, good sized room with wet room and balcony tv and fridge, great staff good facilities overall very good value for money a hotel in the heart of the resort for minimum money. Being very critical....could be cleaner and bed uncomfortable due to sagging in the middle had to put mattress on floor to get a good nights sleep maid service poor no clean towels on day 2 and had to make beds myself no hot water arpound 7-8pm but I suppose you get what you pay fo |

Room with balcony and panoramic view on the sea and the whole resort. Friendly staff. Location much less noisy than most of the other hotels. Swimming pool. Even though the decoration is soviet union styled (specially the furniture), all was OK and clean, TV and refrigerator included, and the price/ratio is overall very good. Awful breakfast, but there are plenty of nicer terraces few hundred meters from there,so... |

I apreciated the efort made by manager, for each turist, to feel good. I liked the smiles nd kindness of the all staff. Almost all of them speak english... or try to speak! :). The water on basin (piscina) is very clear and clean. For sure we spent the most beautiful holiday! The lift can be improuved... |

Swimming pool was clean, house exchange was open non-stop, the hotel staff who was always with smile on the lips, car parking for free. Furniture was old in the room, dust under the beds and the cabinets were not deleted, finishing in the bathroom, toilet in the hotel lobby was dirty and smelled. |

Triple room with one bed for each one. A great view (5th floor) over the mountain and part of the far beach. Very old building with an urgent need of improvements. The room was full of dust. No TV (had to be requested in the reception and there was none available). Towels were dirty. Beds had to be made by us, guests! Pillows were full of holes. |

The hotel location is excellent. Walking distance from the beach. The service was perfect. The room was very clean. The hotel is located nearby the best clubs and restaurants in the resort. |

Raportul pret-calitate a facut diferenta. Recomand all inclusive, altfel costurile cu mancarea si bautura sunt f mari.Neaparat cazarea sa fie efectuata in anexa nou construita a hotelului pentru a va declara multumiti. Hotelul este situat departe de plaja, insa daca va plac plimbarile aveti ocazia ideala in drumul spre plaja. In ceea ce priveste rezervarea prin internet totul este ok si nu veti intampina niciun fel de probleme. |

Avand in vedere catalogarea hotelului de 2 stele, putem spune ca raportul pret-calitate a serviciilor este unul destul de bun. Cei cu pretentii ridicate e clar ca trebuie sa caute altceva. Am avut loc de parcare asigurat, AC in camera,TV, minibar, balcon, piscina adulti + copii, zilnic faceau curatenie, prosoape schimbate, meniul acceptabil, 3 lifturi functionale, personal serviabil... Am stat intr-o aripa a hotelului nou construita/renovata, cei drept cam in graba finisata, dar vorbim de 2 stele... Pe o scala de la 1 la 10 merita un 8. Schimbarea mobilierului, mai multa atentie la finisaje. |

conditiile au fost foarte bune.La pretul mic pe care l-am platit ne asteptam sincer la mai putin. Am facut o alegere foarte buna. Distanta pana la plaja nu e mare. hotelul este aproape de centrul statiunii iar daca iesi prin spate traversezi strada si esti la Aquapolis. Un raport foarte bun pret caliatate. Frigider, aer conditionat, televizor si un mic dejun ok. Atentie mai mare la curatenie la toaleta. |

Mancare buna si destula. La capitolul curatenie stau cam slab.In rest totul e ok mai ales daca nimeresti camera cu vedere la mare si la un etaj cat mai sus Curatenie in camere. |

Hotelul are practic o aripa noua construita in care sunt conditii foarte bune de cazare. Personalul care deserveste complexul hotelier a fost foarte amabil... Serviciul All Inclusiv mi s-a parut absolut suficient si indestulator pt.orice gurmand... Salate si fructe... Piscina... Vodca si bere... Mobilierul e vechi. Curatenia in camere (baie) lasa de dorit. |

Отель понравилься своей семейной атмосферой, такое ощущение, что там работает одна большая семья. Ресепшион очень доброжелательный, клиент ориентированный, почти все наши просьбы были рассмотрени и по возмочности максимально удовлетворены. В баре и в ресторане, тоже все очень предупредительные, добрые, и улыбчивые. У нас был вариант алл инклузива, завтраки были не ахти что, но обедами и ужинами мы были очень довольны. Особенно им удавались мясние блюда с овощами, мясо бывало такое нежное нежное, аж таяло во рту!!! B номере все минимально необходимое. Номера светлые. Еще понравилось что у ресторана, было полно детских игрушек, качели, и неподалеку скамейки, и качели для взрослых. Мелочь, а приятно. До моря идти 10 минут. Желательно конечно что бы в ванной комнате отеля Sunny Varshava, в котором мы проживали, появились полочки под зеркалом, и крючки, не то некуда даже было поставить шампунь, или повесить купальник. Еще хотелось бы более чистый басеин... Один раз залезли, и все, вода была грязноватая... |

Es ist Preiswert das wars.... Das Hotel ist sehr alt und heruntergekommen. Die Einrichtung ist zusammen gewürfelt und das Bad ist Waschraumartig, wir waren dazu noch im Neubau des Hotels. Wir hatte nen Fernseher, Klimaanlage und einen Kühlschrank. Im Altbau fehlen diese Dinge und man darf sich dafür einen Ventilator als Klima ausleihen. Frühstück erwähne ich erst gar nicht. |
