наличие камина,дрова для него -полная неукомплектованность аппартаментов предметами обихода (посуда, чайник, кофемашина, т.п.); -прерывистость отопления комнат(периодическое отключение обогревателей в дневное и ночное время)

Abendessen war geschmacklich gut Hatten erst keine Ahnung über meine Reservierung; dass Wlan gratis ist nur mit Hinweis auf booking.com, Zimmer nicht sauber (hab 10-20 Motten gekillt), abgewohnt, sehr hellhörig, Restaurant / Tische ebenfalls nicht sauber (Dreck am Morgen vom Abend vorher), kein Frühstücksbuffet, kein Aufzug, O-Saft zum Frühstück kostet extra, immer das Gefühl, abgezockt zu werden, schlechtestes Hotel meiner 2-wöchigen Südosteuropatour. War vor ein paar Jahren im Hotel Ela in Borovets, war wesentlich besser.
