We stay for 2 nights but the staff did not clean our room, replace the toilet paper and change the towel. The room is very small especially the toilet. But what makes us most disappointed is the attitude of the staff. They are very rude, impolite and impateint. The booking.com says it includes the breakfast but the young lady says she doesn't know. She finally gave us only the tea (we need to pay for the coffee) and 5 super mini-crossiant as the breakfast. The location is also very far away from center, (about 30 minutes by walking). |

quite comfortable and clean room very very poor breakfast (the only thing they offered were 3 croissants which were not fresh at all) and a small cup of coffee. I had to pay extra for some orange juice!! |

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and quite central location. The breakfast was not worth the effort. Some dried up pre-packaged crossants and a cup of coffee. They charge for the juice seperate. |

A new hotel in the city centre of Varna, good bus connection from/to the airport (bus 409 - one bus stop before the Cathedral), quite small but very clean rooms and bathrooms, air conditioning, TV with more than 100 channels (3 Polish channels: TV Polonia, Historia, Kultura), friendly welcome by the receptionist - we got two city maps, friendly hotel staff, good value for money, "Billa" supermarkt and small shopping centre just in front of the hotel, a local market place just behind the corner; we were allowed to check out in the afternoon - thank you! The hotel is located in the "non turistic" part of Varna, the surroundings are not very special however safe; it is not fair to write that this hotel offers a "breakfast" - we have got only a small coffe and 2 (later on 3) mini croissants every 7 mornings (!), one day there was no water in the hotel, 2-3 days there was no room service in our room. |

Cheap hotel, close to the center. The room had bugs that gave you huge insect bites that lasted for days. |

Het hotel was schoon en modern ingericht. Het hotel lag op loopafstand van het centrum van Varna. Het ontbijt stelde niet veel voor (1 kopje thee en 2 kleffe mini broodjes). De meisjes aan de receptie waren ongeinteresseerd en hadden slechte kennis van de Engelse taal. Wij probeerden wat Bulgaarse woorden te gebruiken (goedemorgen enz) maar daar werd niet op gereageerd. |

Es war sehr schoen, das Zimmer war gross, und sauber die leute die dort arbeiten waren sehr nett und freundlich, das hotel liegt nicht weit von zentrum 10 15 min fussweg Es liegt an der nahe von einem marktplazt wo tagsueber viele leute stehen, |

Está muy nuevo y cuidado. La relación calidad/precio es muy buena. Está muy próximo a la estación de autobuses y del bazar turco. No hay cafetería para desayunar |

de mensen waren vriendelijk en engels talig,geen enkel probleem gehad in dit hotel,kamer was ruim en modern.goede ligging dicht bij het centum van varna. ééé, klein dingetje,als je ging slapen moest je het licht uitdoen aan de deur,en niet vanuit je bed ?? |

La zona está cerca del centro (a unos quince minutos andando). Es nuevo, con habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. El precio está muy bien para lo que hay en la ciudad El desayuno no es muy bueno. |

Proper hotel - goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Wel zwak ontbijt, geen mogelijkheid om uitgebreider ontbijt te bekomen mits meerprijs = jammer Kamer werd in op de tweede dag niet schoongemaakt. De handdoeken werd niet vervangen. |
