... just the location. Well ... a lot of things! 1. there is no parking place, if you find one in front of the hotel you are a lucky one, if not ... good luck finding one in the street 2. it is almost impossible to find someone who speaks english at the reception, it is not acceptable in a 4* hotel! the worst manager i have ever seen! she did not speak english at all, we had many problems with the staff - they asked us to pay in advance for our stay, they charged us extra services that we didn't ask and when we asked for our money back (for the extra services that we didn't want) they tried to fool us. 3. we stayed 3 nights and our room was cleaned just once!!! the towels were once white ... now they were grey, there was hair on all the carpets in our room, very bad cleaning serivce! 4. poor breackfast and no variation during our stay 5. the New Year's Eve menu was not great, too expensive for what they offered 6. we wanted to have a lunch in the hotel's restaurant in our first day and they told us to go into the city to eat because they did not have enough staff for the restaurant 7. you can not pay in Euro, just Leva, there is no exchange office in the hotel. 8. slow elevators 9. at midnight, on first of January the access in the rooms was impossible due to a internal problem, we had to stay and wait in the lobby until 4 a.m., when we asked for a discount for that night the manager said she will talk to the owner of the hotel about this but the next day during our check out she didn't want to came to talk to us, she locked herself in her office. DEFINETLY NOT A 4*HOTEL!
