Very comfortable clean rooms, Hotel staff were very polite and helpful, Lovely swimming pool and childrens area. Nice quality hotel. We had no hot water on our final day, the management probably turned it off as it was so quiet but froze my bits off. The restaurant was too smokey and restaurant manager would not let us open the door to breathe. No tea making facilities. |

Friendly staff. Great Spa and massage services. Excellent value for money. Dinner buffet only had two choices for main course, and they both tasted horrible. Dusty furniture in the room. |

Nice sized rooms, clean, well appointed and good value, Breakfast was very good. Friendly and helpful staff Had difficulty finding it from street address, water wasn't hot in morning - but this was resolved in 20 mins |

The town is very deserted in May and June but we were treated like royalty. The staff was attentive and the location was very convenient. I was traveling with my daughter and grandaughter as a "girls" trip. We dont speak Bulgarian but managed to ride the bus from Sofia and have a wonderful time in Bansko. I loved the scenery and the people were all friendly and helpful. |

This is a modern,friendly,efficient,comfortable,good-value hotel with excellent facilities (including heated swimming pool) and is well up to UK standards. |

It is near the ski lifts and nice staff It is not-not-not a 4 star hotel, let alone being a "resort" and definitely a "palace". The name is greatly overrated. It should be rated as a 3 star hotel.the food was average. Although they claim to offer a mini bus to the ski area they are very reluctant to do so if there are not many passengers. |

Close to lifts . Very kind - helpful personnel . The area around hotel was only cleared 3 days after snowing in the village - quite dangerous walking in and out the hotel Breaakfast was excellent only the first hour (7:00- 8:00) afterwards poor variety of food |

The size, taste, cleanness and closeness to Gondola lift. We were charged upon booking not upon leaving,without further notice. When we announced we would be leaving in half an hour we were asked if we had taken anything from the minibar.We said we hadn't and shortly after that a maid knocked on the door and barged in to check on the mini bar. We were shocked. One of us was in the bathroom the open door of which was right opposite the mini bar. |
