Water in the Jacuzzi was not hot for 3 days.

Nice location near gondola, kind staff, decent breakfast, clean rooms. Pool area was nice, water was pleasant, sauna and steam bath were great. Quit hotel (rooms and common areas) - although we stayed during low season.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like a 3 star. Bed mattresses were awful. Not good enough even for a cheep motel. Breakfast was of low quality.

Excellent hotel, perfect location, great staff, friendly, helpful, attentive. No complaints. I would highly recommend.

Proximity to the town center. Staff friendliness.

Its not a hotel. It a serious of apartments that have been sold, and are rented through the reception. The reception is small, the vast majority of rooms are a 10 minute walk through a labyrinth of doors, evelators, stairs, exits outside/then back inside to get to the restaurant. It is completely disfunctional.

poor housekeeping

Everything in Hotel Vihren Palace was very good, and we are very satisfied by the service provided. The personnel was always happy to help us, the room was spacious, clean, and with nice view. The location is perfect for skiers, because it is in very close distance to the Gondola. Also, the taverna is highly recommended, although the live music is a bit louder than the normal. Finally, the SPA center contains adequate facilities in a very nice environment.

Although hotel's service approaches the perfection, there is a serious incident that took place during our stay that has really shocked us. One day we woke up and we found no cars outside the hotel!! Although we had parked our cars just outside hotel's main entrance (without "NO PARKING" sign), and all security and hotel personnel knew about that, "someone" took our cars with a car crane, and we had to take our cars back from a parking, after paying 25 euros. This is totally unacceptable, because the "NO PARKING" sign was "mobile" and disappeared during the remaining days. However, we did not make any serious complaints because we are really happy from the rest of the service, but you should ask before you park your car around the hotel.

the appartment was very small. it was said that it is 97 sqm and it was about 60.- only one bathroom for 5 people - the sheets were not tide up properly. the breakfast was less than average and cold.generally the hotel is overrated.
