beautiful views,prime position in town good menu ,mainly helpful staff. the cost includes breakfast, but does not state that drinks are not included.......28leva bill for coffee and juice came as a shock!!!!and spoilt the mood this should be stated when booking as all other hotels seem to give coffee and juice in with breakfast.....please make this known to customers |

Staff very helpful especially in arranging our taxi service on departure. Good position for sea views and relatively peaceful in evening/night time away from new town. Nice location Breakfast should include a drink but we had to pay for our coffee on two of three days, which we have never done before. Language differences made it difficult to ask why there were inconsistencies. We also think that we overpaid for the standard of hotel at 60 euros per night and think that if we had booked direct with the hotel it would have been alot cheaper than booking online with an agency, so we won't do that again. A 3* hotel in old town was letting rooms for 40 leva p room per night for example. The private beach is only accessible via many stone stpes and a climb over rocks so is limited for people with limited mobility or children as it below the cliff tops. There was no complimentary shampoo/shower gel and towels never changed. |

Pool, location in old town of sozopol Private Beach is no Beach but rather private rocks not possible to go in the sea, breakfast, bathroom, quite noisy in the evening. We reserved a 4-bed-room got a 3-bed-room but paid a 4-bed-room! Rooms are very cheaply furnished. No Jacuzzi as they said in the description! |

Very nice view. Nice location in the old city. Beautiful pool area. Quiet. The staff didn't speak English. No soap nor shampoo. Music in the night coming from the other side of the bay. |

situation trés agréable dans la vielle ville, vue superbe sur la baie.bonne climatisation, chambre propre. personnel peu aimable,pas de place de parking, petit déjeuner où le café est en supplément.accès très très difficile en voiture.il faut payer en espèce,musique un peu forte le soir au bar. |

J'ai adoré la situation de l'hôtel dans la vieille ville, la piscine, la vue sur la mer, l'amabilité de la gérante, le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse comme suspendue sur la baie, le restaurant de l'hôtel est superbe, on avait une place de parking gratuite. C'est vraiment une bonne adresse si on arrive à faire abstraction de petites choses certes énervantes, mais absolument pas fatales... Une fois dans la piscine en regardant la mer, on oublie tout :) Le premier jour on a été obligé de payer les boissons avec le petit déjeuner, le deuxième jour ils ont refusé de nous servir le petit déj' parce qu'on avait 10 minutes de retard par rapport à l'heure limite de service. Ensuite brusquement les boissons sont devenues gratuites le matin... Autre chose un peu désagréable - le portail est ouvert dans la journée et la magnifique vue de la piscine qui donne sur la mer attire toute sorte de touristes plus ou moins discrets, qui ne se gênent pas pour prendre des photos, crier, faire des commentaires ou autre. Autre chose - il n'y a pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain - mais franchement c'est vraiment pas grave vu la qualité des gels douche dans les hôtels. |
