Bansko is Bulgaria’s biggest ski resort. The ski runs of all difficulty levels are located in 2 main ski centres – Chalin Valog (1,100-1,600 metres) and Shiligarnika (1,700-2,500 metres above sea level), on the northern slopes of the Pirin. They are easily accessible from Bansko within a 25-minutes ride on the gondola lift. The first snowboard fun park on the Balkans can be found in the Shiligarnika Ski Area, where boarders can build their own jumps, and every day skiers and boarders can take part in competitions.

Panagiotis Young couple Patras, Greece January 8, 2011	We had reservation for deluxe double room and after our complains for the smell and the small space of the room, we were offered family apartment without any extra charge. Poor Breakfast for the category, specially near the closing time. Nice design and architecture,although irrelevant to the surroundings and never renovated with the worst results. Rusted parts in the rooms, falling knobs on the doors, broken tiles in the toilet, not working lights, dirty walls etc. The 14" TV had nothing more than 7 BG Channels and the 2 of them with no sound. Free WiFi only in the lobby/Bar which closes at around 23.00... Spa facilities acceptable. Conclusion: Worst Value for Money ever. The prices should be adjusted to the offered services. Georgios Family with older children Kifissia/Athens, Greece January 9, 2011	This hotel is certainly not a four star hotel, but not more than a two stars hotel. The establishment is design but cheap and dirty. Nobody should mislead from the beautiful photographs on the Internet. The carpets are full of great spots, curtains are smudged, bed linen was cracked and furniture was damaged. Though the ambience is design, it is simply only dark and not functional. The service was non-existent: it was obvious that the hotel works with unskilled staff. We had booked half board. The breakfast consisted of every morning from cheap white bread, a sort of anonymous red sweet jam, thin flow-honey, eggs, white cheese and bad sausages. Coffee was instant. Η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού ευγενικοί και φιλικοί.Η υπηρεσίες μασαζ ήταν άριστες όπως και οι υπηρεσίες σπα.Υπάρχει λεωφορειάκι που σε μεταφέρει στις γόνδολες σε τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα. Θα μπορούσαν να προσέξουν περισσότερο τις λεπτομέρειες του ξενοδοχείου. Ενω είναι καθαρό κάποιες λεπτομέρειες όπως παλιές φθαρμένες μοκέτες, χτυπημένα έπιπλα, θα ήταν καλό να αντικατασταθούν.Το τζακούζι απλα δεν ηταν τζακούζι.Γενικά στις φωτογραφίες φαίνεται πιο εντυπωσιακό απο οτι ειναι.
