I went with a group of 6 for a long ski weekend. The staff were amazingly welcoming and friendly. After a mix up with transport from the airport they immediately offered to refund the extra taxi fares we paid and put on some food and drinks for free to make amends, perfect customer service! The apartments were excellent quality for the price, very comfortable and clean. Food was also great with some terrific local dishes. The spa was perfect after a hard day on the slopes (and free with the room!). I look through this website a lot and often wonder about the honesty of the reviews but I can guarantee this is one genuine happy customer. It's very cosy and I felt very much at home from the moment I walked through the door, I highly recommend Villa Park and definitely plan to go back : ) Cheers

The stuff was always very helpfull

They couldn't understand that when a parking is totally empty it isn't a problem to park in other place than yours....

nice and clean - we liked the variety of breakfast menu (crappy coffee though).

it's a little far from ski slopes

It’s a cozy, family friendly hotel, situated in a very quite area surrounded by pine trees and not far away from the gondolas and ski resort. It has great spa centre, pool, food is fine for quite a reasonable price and it has children playground.

However, the only thing I found totally uncomfortable was the bed’s mattress and pillows. I strongly recommend changing beds’ mattresses since I couldn’t sleep relaxed during the stay in the hotel.

The hotel is excellent and is taking you from the first step you enter in "his arms". You will have wonderful time to spend to the pool, restaurant where the food is exactly what you need.The view is special as is bringing you into a fairy tale.Snowing almost all the period I stayed,is like you'll never want to leave the place.You can take the horse carrier from the front of the hotel everywhere you like even to the slopes.Greetings to all personnel of the hotel !

Spa center was great.

It was complicated to talk to the stuff b/c they do not speak English, except for one lady.

Good hotel. We realy realax after ski in spa. Massage in spa was very good. realaxing. I enjoy it! Kitchen is good & prices are cheeper in comperison with cafes near the slops. There is a storage for ski. Staff is polite. Service in restoran & bar fast & excellent. I can cook in my room, so in my studio room was kitchen with all nessesarity. I think it hotel will good for family holliday.

There always was problem with soap in room, twise i had to ask in reception. Hotel is located not far from slope, there was no problem to go up to the road to the gondola about 300 m. even with ski. But horses taxi really enoyed, beacouse the road was definitly covered by horsers sheets!

We found villa park extremely good value for money very friendly people rooms very spacious and warm hotel .we were a family of 9 for 6 days and everyone enjoyed there stay . Beds a little uncomfortable but you get that on holiday just becareful if you take a horse cab outside the hotel as they try to rip you off other than that I would give the hotel 7/10 food good lovely hotel friendly staff facility's good location 10 mins walk up to main area of borovets .

The maid service could of been better the floors were never moped or swept in particular the bathroom if there was a dust pan and brush we would of cleaned it ourselves . The beds could of been made more often. We were on the fourth floor 2 of our party were on the 3rd floor and are non smokers but as soon as you stepped out of the lift it stunk of smoke everywhere you could smell it on there clothes .

The room was nice and warm, balcony was cute. The swimming pool and spa center were quite nice and clean.

The hotel was in walking distance from the ski lifts, however not very close (about 15 min walk). Hardly found some of the staff to speak english. Staff was mostly rude . they said that wi-fi was available free, however we could not gain access to internet. Breakfast was ok for the price we paid, however milk was missing every morning, we had to ask for it again and again.

10 minutes walk to the main lift facilities and main restaurants. Hotel is similar as quality and comfort with other 4* hotels in Bulgaria. Friendly staff, underground parking place (if you make reservation for it). New Year eve party was good enough. Quiet location.

On the booking.com page there was "buffet breakfast", and we paid for it, but in reality there was a limited offer breakfast with few choices. Included drinks and coffee were not so good, you had to take real coffee from the bar, at extra cost. So, the breakfast was the only thing not matching the 4* - and even misleading because they advertised on booking.com that is buffet, which was not. If I would knew this, I would prefer not to pay extra for the breakfast, and take the breakfast from a nearby restaurant. Also the elevator was strange, not having up-down moving directions, so you could wait up to 10 minutes until arrives at the proper floor, so I used mostly the stairs.
