The price was excellent, and it was relatively close to the slopes. The breakfast was also very good and for only 6 leva. I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing that I would recommend maybe calling about is directions to the hotel. I used a map online of driving directions, and I got myself and my friend quite lost. We spent 45 minutes walking around trying to find our hotel, but when someone showed us the right way to the slopes, it was only a 15 minute walk.

Room size was good and spa facilities.

Distance from the slope for skiing. The ski store room was outside and access was via the reception staff, every time I asked to get or put the ski's away, I got the impression it was an inconvenience.

Complete value for money! Rooms £9 a night and very good at that, £1-10 a pint in hotel bar and u can even have a swim and sauna at the end end of a long days skiing all in the price! Worst thing is the food but every where is the same in the resort all pretty disgusting, we only found two places that we could actually eat at. Hotel though as a whole fantastic, well and truly a bargain!! I would def go back.

The hotel is pretty new, well furnished and makes you feel comfortable. I wish I could say the same thing about the different services provided by the hotel.

The services provided by the hotel are badly executed. For example: * you pre-pay your car park but it turns out that there are no places upon arrival * pre-payed meals (breakfast, dinner) are no value for money * the SPA area is being cleaned up during the day, which means you cannot fully use it during that time.

Spacious, clean apartments. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

The spa was good. The hotel was not far from the ski gondola. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly, the food and cocktails were good.

The reception staff were incompetent. The receptionist that checked us in couldn't answer any of our questions. They couldn't solve any problems that we asked them to - such as a TV that didn't work in our room, or a missing kettle. On both accounts we were told that it will get taken care of right away, but nobody ever brought us the kettle or fixed the TV. We booked a large room for 3 people, but the one we got had only one tiny blocked window and had an awful smell and no ventilation. We asked to get a different room, and had to demand the highest manager to take care of the problem because the reception staff refused to change the room. In the end we got a different, much smaller room for nearly the same price, and free breakfast as compensation. Wi-fi didn't work properly.

Good hotel. We realy realax after ski in spa. Massage in spa was very good. realaxing. I enjoy it! Kitchen is good & prices are cheeper in comperison with cafes near the slops. There is a storage for ski. Staff is polite. Service in restoran & bar fast & excellent. I can cook in my room, so in my studio room was kitchen with all nessesarity. I think it hotel will good for family holliday.

There always was problem with soap in room, twise i had to ask in reception. Hotel is located not far from slope, there was no problem to go up to the road to the gondola about 300 m. even with ski. But horses taxi really enoyed, beacouse the road was definitly covered by horsers sheets!

I'was always lookin for a hairdryer.I Can't belive that there is only one hairdryer in the whole hotel. The microwave was out of order and nobody has changed it after all my requests. All I have was only "okey,okey" without action to fix it or replace it.

We found villa park extremely good value for money very friendly people rooms very spacious and warm hotel .we were a family of 9 for 6 days and everyone enjoyed there stay . Beds a little uncomfortable but you get that on holiday just becareful if you take a horse cab outside the hotel as they try to rip you off other than that I would give the hotel 7/10 food good lovely hotel friendly staff facility's good location 10 mins walk up to main area of borovets .

The maid service could of been better the floors were never moped or swept in particular the bathroom if there was a dust pan and brush we would of cleaned it ourselves . The beds could of been made more often. We were on the fourth floor 2 of our party were on the 3rd floor and are non smokers but as soon as you stepped out of the lift it stunk of smoke everywhere you could smell it on there clothes .
