Great room, very spacious, very good food, outdoor pool, safe parking, silent location Steep stairs on your way to the beach, a little bit far from the beach, poor tv offer.

The food (great variety, excellent quality, too much to handle :) ), the room (very big, clean, spatios balcony), the pool area (clean, nicely organized), the friendly staff (animation team is awesome!) There is room for improvement on facilities (more), drinks (quality) and regarding the parking area (this needs to be expanded to be able to accomodate all cars in a more organized fashion)

good services,nice swimming pool,overall pleasant atmosphere,clean rooms,polite personnel,good quality food the animation programme in the evening---suggestion--karaoke night you cannot swim in the pool after 5 p.m.

everything was great at viva club: spacious sea view room cleaned every day, all inclusive buffet with fresh food, clean swimming pool. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk to the beach. I recommend this hotel 110% ! >>> review by worldwidetourist.net wifi internet in all rooms, not just in the lobby.

Hotel staff - all of them; Rooms (my room was quite big); Swiming pool; Food. Parking area: far too small for so many cars; No information at all about how to get out from the hotel to another city/resort (except by taxi)- if there is any; Payment: only in leva; I've changed euro in leva at a different rate than the one used in the invoice.

There's nothing "best" at Viva Hotel. The pool is nice. The superior rooms are big with big balcony and the furniture is kind of old. The parking is horrible, because you are blocking and are being blocked by other vehicles and you have to come to the hotel parking whenever someone calls you (to allow them to get their car out). Food is not too good, but acceptable.

Personalul si prajiturile... Nu mi-a plăcut ca afiseaza prețul in Euro iar când ajungi la hotel îți cere Leva,iar la casa de schimb din incinta Hotelului,îți da o paritate mai mica...Puteau specifica de la bun început...

Hotelul are parcare poprie pazita si care nu necesita alte costuri, camere curate in care se face curatenie zilnic, destul de multi tineri( nemti, englezi, francezi). Departe de plaja (87 de scari), felurile de mancare nu sunt foarte diversificate.

Camerele mari,spatioase, mancare a fost ok, periodic se organizeaza zile cu un anumit specific al produselor gatite. M a indignat faptul ca, ajuns inainte de ora de check in te taxeaza cu 5 leva /ora dcca vrei sa ti masina in parcarea hotelului, daca depasesti ora de check out de ex 2 ore 20 leva, 3 ore 25 leva, 4 ore 40 leva etc. Deasemeni berea , foarte slaba, apoasa in comparatie cu ce tipuri de bere destul de buna poti bea la bulgari.

Cazarea s-a efectuat super repede. Camera a fost mai o decat era in oferta.Mi-a placut faptul ca personalul vorbea limba engleza, era curatenie in camera ( camera ft mare). Mi-a placut faptul ca am avut loc de parcare asigurat, mancarea era destul de variata si se avea grija se se reumple mereu tavile. A contat mult faptul ca la plecare nu au taiat bratarile si am putut lua si masa de pranz.Am citit pareri proaste despre lifturi. Noi am stat la etajul 7 si lifturile au mers ft bine nu am stat la ele mai mult decat normal. Problema era ca unii nu stiau ca puteau apasa pe butonul inchidere usi si de aceea putea dura mai mult. Scarile pana la plaja sunt destul de obositoare mai ales dc exista si un copil mai mic.Nu prea a existat animatie. Supele sau ciorbele erau putine si pareau facute din cele la plic ( in rest era ok). Fructe prea putine fata de alte hoteluri chiar din Albena unde erau variate. Cafeaua ft proasta.
