Отличная кухня - это слабо сказано, шеф-повар настоящий виртуоз!!! Шороший просторный номер, обстановка, все на уровне. Очень гостеприимный персонал, уборка номеров постоянно и на 5+, небольшое отдаление от берега было даже на пользу, так как без физических упражнений при такой еде трудно сохранить фигуру, хотя для этого есть фитнес. Хочу сказать огромное спасибо главному менеджеру Костадину и всему остальному персоналу, благодаря Вам наш отдых получился волшебным!!! В общем-то никаких, возможно стоит отелю приобрести специальные ложечки для мороженного, которые при нажатии выдают шарик, уж очень не удобно их выкавыривать))) |

The swimming pool is nice. Food is excelent. Very low ceiling in the corridor between the room and the bathroom (I am 1.75). The room was not clean, the mattress was old, and there were holes in the sheets. |

- lovely pool; decent selection of food ( cakes were great, but salads didn't always seem fresh); room was ok; staff was helpfull enough the animation team was too insistent sometimes; the cocktails were a bit strange; |

The food was ok. There were lot of things: parking - a mess, cars blocking each other, every afternoon at 3pm we were called to go downstairs to move the car; used sheets (must have been 5 years old; we discovered the second day that the sheet wrapping the blanket - also old- had yellow stains all over it), very used towels, the drain from the shower was partially blocked. In the dining area, all drinks were from machine (even wine), the "washed" plates and glasses had fingerprints all over them. I would barely classify this as a 3 star hotel (far, far away from a 4 stal hoter). |

It's really difficult to say something positive about this hotel quoted 4* with all inclusive, but far away from what means AI... Well, as a positive I will mention the cleanliness of the lobby As suggestion: stop serving so-called-cocktails from the dozer machine! And stop with bad watering beer! |

The size of the room (superior) and the quantity of food you have acces to. This is a 3 star hotel,not a 4 star as they say. The elevators are always busy and most of the time one of them didn't work (there are only 2). The room(superior) could use a new carpet. In the bathroom the smell was a problem. You have to walk at least 10 min to the beach. |

First of all, the superior double room is very big. we had 2 bathrooms. The housekeepers cleaned it every day. Hotel staff very friendly, they speak a lot of languages. Animation team always smile and entertain every one, specially the kids. Very good food. A lot of fresh salads and fruits. I liked it very much, even stayed an extra night. Beverages. They don`t taste as it should. Also, the internet is quite slow and unstable. |

The food is excelent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very pleasant, peaceful and shady. Animation team is realy entertaining. The room was cleaned every day. The rooms and bathrooms are too small for a 4 stars hotel. Also the TV is small size. The lobby bar needs improvements. Only 1 Romanian TV channel (TVRi) considering that more than 50% of the guests are romanians. The beach is far away and the sunshade (7 leva each), chairs (7 leva each) and mattress (3 leva each) are very expensive in case you want to enjoy a sea bath. |

*Excellent food / service / clean rooms / safe parking lot/ entertainment /pool/ position of the hotel/individual air conditioning in every room. Super entertainment Team (Krassi/Dani/Chefo)...If your goal is relaxation than this is the best Hotel to be in Golden Sands Let's say that the local drinks (soft and anything beside the beer) are not that on Romanian taste....other people seemed to enjoy it very much.... |

It's an all-inclusive offer which basically includes as much food and drinks(!) one can swallow. Pleasant time around the open swimming pool and very kind staff. I can say probably the cheapest hotel for the service we got; +free parking, internet. The wireless internet doesn't cover the rooms at the higher floors... ahh and no night swimming in the pool either. |

Viva Club is excellent value for money, particularly for all-inclusive. The staff makes a lot of effort to please, which is very commendable. The food is plentiful and decent, albeit not amazing. What I did not like is the noise at night - the staff makes no attempt to deal with noisy guests who hang around the pool area until the morning, disturbing people's sleep. If you want quiet, stay on the car park side of the hotel. |

All Inclusive system is very useful and we saved a lot of money. Clean room, AC, very clean towels. The check in was kind of late, at 15:00. At other hotels we had the check in at 12-13, so we came early and actually enjoy that day. |

Nice staff, but not very experienced. Swimming pool is nice, but not a lot of other entertainment possiblities. Poor quality food, extremly bad drinks, big queues to get the food, the superior room is large with nice view but the furniture is about 30 years old. Incredibile bad elevators. |

Personal deosebit de amabil, grija pentru curatenie, entertaineri simpatici. Camera rezervata a fost spatioasa si foarte curata. Totul a decurs normal astfel incat am avut un sejur placut. |
