Viva Club Hotel

The sutuff and food were very good.

The room a bit too small.

The food was ok.

There were lot of things: parking - a mess, cars blocking each other, every afternoon at 3pm we were called to go downstairs to move the car; used sheets (must have been 5 years old; we discovered the second day that the sheet wrapping the blanket - also old- had yellow stains all over it), very used towels, the drain from the shower was partially blocked. In the dining area, all drinks were from machine (even wine), the "washed" plates and glasses had fingerprints all over them. I would barely classify this as a 3 star hotel (far, far away from a 4 stal hoter).

The animation team, the quality, quantity and diversity of the food, the cleanliness of the rooms, the pool, the personnel - a fully enjoyable experience.

The rooms were nice

i thought the hotel was very noisy at night and the staff at times were unhelpful and rude.

Far from center, poor variety of food

First of all, the superior double room is very big. we had 2 bathrooms. The housekeepers cleaned it every day. Hotel staff very friendly, they speak a lot of languages. Animation team always smile and entertain every one, specially the kids. Very good food. A lot of fresh salads and fruits. I liked it very much, even stayed an extra night.

Beverages. They don`t taste as it should. Also, the internet is quite slow and unstable.

*Excellent food / service / clean rooms / safe parking lot/ entertainment /pool/ position of the hotel/individual air conditioning in every room. Super entertainment Team (Krassi/Dani/Chefo)...If your goal is relaxation than this is the best Hotel to be in Golden Sands

Let's say that the local drinks (soft and anything beside the beer) are not that on Romanian taste....other people seemed to enjoy it very much....

Viva Club is excellent value for money, particularly for all-inclusive. The staff makes a lot of effort to please, which is very commendable. The food is plentiful and decent, albeit not amazing.

What I did not like is the noise at night - the staff makes no attempt to deal with noisy guests who hang around the pool area until the morning, disturbing people's sleep. If you want quiet, stay on the car park side of the hotel.

All Inclusive system is very useful and we saved a lot of money. Clean room, AC, very clean towels.

The check in was kind of late, at 15:00. At other hotels we had the check in at 12-13, so we came early and actually enjoy that day.

Nice staff, but not very experienced. Swimming pool is nice, but not a lot of other entertainment possiblities.

Poor quality food, extremly bad drinks, big queues to get the food, the superior room is large with nice view but the furniture is about 30 years old. Incredibile bad elevators.

Personal deosebit de amabil, grija pentru curatenie, entertaineri simpatici. Camera rezervata a fost spatioasa si foarte curata. Totul a decurs normal astfel incat am avut un sejur placut.
