curatenia ,personalul amabil, faptul ca in tot hotelul nu am vazut acele box -TIPS,nu am vazut sa se fi facut diferente intre romani si restul (erau aprox.15 familii de romani). Feluri de mancare putine dar gustoase. Parcarea gratis ,dar nepazita ,am gasit o mica zgarietura. la efectuarea rezervarii am introdus 2 adulti si un copil de 11 ani, Copilul nu la mai preluat ca persoana in vaucher asa ca am ramas doar 2 persoane pe vaucher. Managera hotelului mi-a explicat ,la inceputul sejurului, ca in aceste conditii va trebui sa mai platesc inca 7E/zi ptr.copil , cu toate ca in prezentarea hotelului copilul pana in 12 ani este gratis Consider aceasta o greseala de soft a booking.com ca copilul nu a fost preluat ca persoana in vaucher sau managera a gresit. Oricum la sfarsitul sejurului nu mi-au luat acei 7E/zi, receptionerulnu isi aducea aminte de discutia pe care am avut-o cu managera in prima zi ,iar aceasta din urma nu era in hotel la plecarea mea. Am scris aceasta ptr ca alti utilizatori ai booking.com sa fie atenti la efectuarea rezervarii evitand astfel mici neplaceri care pot sa strice sejurul.

Confortul camerelor, amabilitatea personalului, varietatea si cantitatea mancarurilor-aveai mereu ce alege si ce manca, faptul ca este destul de aproape de plaja - 5-10minute pe jos cu copil de 2 ani, parcare gratis si siguranta. Recomand hotelul persoanelor care vor sa se distreze, tinerilor sau familiilor cu copii mai mari, nu familiilor cu copii mai mici sau persoanelor mai in varsta ( prea multa galagie). Daca nu ai asteptari prea mari este un hotel frumos, comod si satisface cam toate cerintele. Plaja foarte aglomerata, gen Mamaia, sezlongurile si umbrelele se platesc, dar nisip foarte fin si placut, plaja aproape de bazar unde se gasesc multe bunatati la pret accesibil pentru toata lumea. Amplasarea hotelului neplacuta- nu se vede marea si este intre alte zeci de hoteluri, prea galagios- relativ, este ideal daca vrei sa te distrez ( este un grup de animatori care incearca sa distreze musafirii si ziua si seara) - dar nu daca vrei sa te odihnesti, bazinul hotelului prea mic, calitatea mancarurilor era cateodata slaba, sucuri cu apa gen TEC, cafea de la automat destul de slab.
