We liked a lot that we had internet in to our room,so we had the possibility to send the proforma invoices and work from razlog with athens...

I would like to have a big swimming pool outside for the summer, so in my next busness travel i'll have the possibility to take my childrens with me

The room and the SPA center are in different buildings. In case you pay cash the hotel applies strange exchange rates, so the actual price paid is few % higher than the one shown when reservation is done.

SPA facilities were perfect.

The hotel has excellent facilities but not enough staff to meet the customers' needs.

The view from the room was very nice (even if we stayed in a room on the ground floor). The architecture of the main building as well as the other buildings was good. It was a quite hotel and OK for relaxing. The room facilities were OK and the temperature of the room could be altered by ourselves to any temperature we wanted.

Staff was rather OK, not totally friendly but not as rude as most reviewers say but surely this can be improved. The temperature of the swimming pool should be more hot. Breakfast and especially the coffee machines during breakfast should be improved for a 4 star hotel. During our stay it snowed a lot, and there were not very good at clearing the private roads and parking areas from snow, we had to do it by ourselves.

The hotel appeared to have all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay but not really what was expected.

It advertises spa and massage but you have to be very lucky to have massage after returning from skiing as they do not have sufficient number of masseurs. During the evening they are always busy. Instead they try to book you during the day when you are up the mountain skiing. I had to book three days in advance to have a massage. The Spa is not well organized. During the first day I visited the Spa they did not even have towels. In order to have a robe you have to go to reception and pay 5 BL. They did not offer slippers. There was not a document around to describe the facilities the hotel was offering. Even the reception did not know. There was a general lack of organization. The coffee offered in the morning was a machine coffe

View and breakfast

This is not a 4 star hotel. Room was very dusty and dirty and even though we asked 3 times to be cleaned, it did not. Air was coming through the windows.Room Not cleaned at all during our stay ecxept the toilet paper! There was no communication what so ever with the staff because their english was very poor. Spa and restaurant was on an other building and we had to walk through the snow to get there. No one helped me when I had a car problem and I did all the arrangement myself finding car service. 2 out of 4 Spa facilities went out of order during our 4 day stay there and was not fixed! Based on what was offered during our stay this is a very expencive hotel

the room was large, warm and comfortable.

there isn't a hairdryer at the bathroom or a dvd player (as it says at the site of booking). It didn't even have a tea/coffee maker but they brought us a water heater after asking for one. Breakfast was very basic, (not a 4 star hotel)

The Spa Facilities, The size of the suite, The shuttle bus (very helpful). It is a very warm place for a brake. Breakfast was efficient too.

Some things are done in a rush. Tiles in bathroom not well applied. All taps were running water with rust (probably because it was never used). 30Lv charge for cleaning dishes but...no dishes. Most of all! I needed 3 phone calls from Greece to confirm the booking, the phone line was unavailble most of the time, and this number is in ... Sofia, not Bansko. We needed directions and nobody was answering. It is too bad such a hotel not giving a front desk phone number.

the staff was very polite although we had a lot of communication problems.the rooms are spacious,with big bathrooms,but a little empty,some more decoration would be great .the spa was nice too.

the distance of the hotel is a problem.during our stay it was a lot of snow so our car couldn't move.the hotel taxi left us in town frozen and never came to pick us up.we blame the reception for that.they are not organized.ellines:8a sunistousa ena xsenodoxeio sto kentro tou xwriou.eidika an 8elete na kanete ski den voleuei ka8olou.

One of the best places we saw in Bulgaria, while traveling thru the country in october 2009. Very clean, stylish. I dont know how to be there in high season, but we were in low season and it was great. Only onother one room in hotel was booked. Really nice place - recomended.

μειναμε για τρεισ μερεσ στο ξενοδοχειο και περασαμε παρα πολυ καλα.τα δωματια ειναι ανετα ,καθαρα,και πανω απο ολα οικονομικα..η πισινα (εσωτερικη- εξωτερικη)πολυ καλη.σχεση τιμησ και ποιοτητασ αριστα θα ελεγα..

το πρωινο θελει αρκετη βελτιωση...επισησ υπαρχει μονο ενα τζακουζι για τοσο κοσμο,και θα επρεπε να ειχαν περισσοτερεσ ομπρελεσ ξαπλωστρεσ στην πισινα γιατι σε ωρεσ αιχμησ δεν εβρισκεσ να κατσεισ...μικρεσ αλλαγεσ που θα το εκαναν ακομα πιο καλο....

Αν και το ξενοδοχείο δεν ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που αναφέρεται στο site της Booking.com, δεν υστερεί σημαντικά.Ίσως το μόνο που του έλειπε ήταν η θέα στο γήπεδο του golf. Πάρα πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής,

Hôtel confortable situé assez loin du centre de Bansko ( voiture nécessaire ) dans une zone en construction. Personnel correct mais peu attentif aux demandes du client. La cuisine est équipée en électroménéger mais il faut demander un kit payant pour obtenir couverts, assiettes, verres...
