Murite Club Hotel (former White Fir Valley)  

Die im Internet geschürten Erwartungen können gar nicht erfüllt werden. Der Service war der schlechteste, den wir jemals in einem Hotel erlebt haben: keine Reinigung des Appartements, welches von vornherein Beschädigungen aufwies; weder Handtücher noch Schliessfachschlüssel standen im Spa Bereich zur Verfügung; der Pool war zu kalt und alle Einrichtungen überbelegt; sogar Toilettenpapier mussten wir uns von der Rezeption abholen! Das Schlimmste: völliges Desinteresse, sogar genervte Kommentare bei Nachfragen oder Beschwerden. Insgesamt eine grpße Enttäuschung!

The rooms are spacious, swimming pool and wellness are ok (as long as there are no problems with electricity).

The hotel is 11 kms away from the skilifts, located in the middle of a ghost town with most hotels empty. There is no apresski atmosphere. The food is cheap but mediocre; not much choice on the menu. The staff is friendly and willing, but not able. The hotel could benefit from modern management. There is a shuttle, but as the skiroom of the hotel is empty and has no own exit this is all very cumbersome.

The hotel is located near the mountains.

Very scenic part of the country, rooms were very clean, complex well maintained and good price.

Internet was hard to get on to in certain parts of the hotel and staff did not know the security key to log on to the strongest network

Can't get a better hotel for your money. View was spectacular. Facilities excellent.

No phone in the apartment.

I liked the rooms,spasy ,clean in one word exelent.

The heating was pore,actually it was cold.The spa center is too small. We had to change the room .

I would like to use the mini bus of the hotel to go in the sofia airoport to pick up the guests from there to go in the hotel and to the airoport when they live without money because the taxi companys are very expensive!when I have traveled in thailand to phucket the hotel mini bus came to the airoport and pick me up 1 hour trip and when I left they went me back without money free !if u do that u wil be the best of the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

only spa complex, but unfortunately Turkish bath doesn't work!!!

It is not acceptable to go in to your room using the room of your neighbor! And to share a balcony together!!!

Large apartment - ideal for family. Nicely furnished and very warm. Comfy beds with very nice pillows and quilts.Sitting room with tv.Very nice pool,sauna and steam room.

The hotel is great, the beds are very confortable, the staff is friendly and willing to help u. also the spa area is very nice.

if i'm thinking, for sure i can find many things that i also didn't like, but i went there to have fun not to be choosey.
