Murite Club Hotel (former White Fir Valley)  

I like the building of the hotel and the appartments which are new. The location is very beautiful also. Generaly is a very good brand new hotel with nice facilities and all the neseccary things''spa-pool etc'' especially the rooms and the appartemnents are very big and new. Also the price is another very good reason to book in this hotel.

The breakfast and the lunch dinner is very poor. Also i must mention that we couldn't find the manager of the hotel ''i can guess why'' . We have booked in Pirin building but thay give us appartment in Azalea building (with no reason) and the last two days they said to us that we have to moved out from one building to another because they don't have many customers and they must close azalea building. Unacceptable.

poor handling from the employees, a lot of mistakes and misleading photosin the site.. 15 km away from bansko,no rest as the curtains dont hide the sun. no slippers, no hairdryer,no minibar, no room service, too crowded, be carefull of what building they will book you(it could be an adventure..)

The location is close to ski slopes. The hotel's design is very nice. Spacey rooms and nice breakfast-buffet.

The staff services are poor. Additionally, we were not informed that the rooms we booked were in a building separate from the main building which has all the facilities and we had to walk outside in the cold weather in order to go from one building to the other. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are going to stay in a separate building. Otherwise, considering the value for money, it's good.

Very peaceful and calm location, excellent view. The spa is great, pool temperature was perfect. Comfortable apartments, rich breakfast.

Beds were not comfortable.

Good value for money, spacious rooms, decent bathrooms and good selection of breakfast food, non-smoking breakfast hall.

Lack of any sky rooms and interdiction to take the sky equipment in the room, closing of the swimming pool too early (8 pm), shortage of parking spaces, lack of hair dryer in the bathroom.

Roominess, had everything, dishes were 15 eu extra, no problem, just would have liked to have known. Great view of mountains and golf course. Great bathrooms, we had 2 and 2 bedrooms. The pool and spa were next door, didn't know, no problem all was great overall.

Very far from ski/snowboard lifts, another town actually, Pirin and not Bansko.

breakfast quality is much below 4 star expectations; swiming pool is very small; and corridors are simply ugly

What we liked most were the Spa facilities, and the room itself; big, comfy with nice design.

Unfortunately, the buffets at the restaurants offer quite poor food, considering the price of a meal. Noone had informed us we could order from the menu of the restaurant, we discovered it after 2 days. Also, the fact that the hotel is situated so far from Bansko, if you don't bring your own car, is one of the major downsides.

Superb and comfortable hotel ! This time I was in Bansko for business , next time I will definitely come back with my family for a long holiday !

Appartment looked really nice.

Dear All, The hotel itself looks really nice. The problem is with the very bad service. Durty appartment - it hasn't been cleaned even once during our stay! Reaction from the stuff was almost equal to zero. You have to call and ask a lot of times in order someone to put attention of the problems there! I doubt we will go back there again! However at the end we received support from the Commercial Manager of the complex for which I am really thankfull.
