Superb and comfortable hotel ! This time I was in Bansko for business , next time I will definitely come back with my family for a long holiday !

Dear All, The hotel itself looks really nice. The problem is with the very bad service. Durty appartment - it hasn't been cleaned even once during our stay! Reaction from the stuff was almost equal to zero. You have to call and ask a lot of times in order someone to put attention of the problems there! I doubt we will go back there again! However at the end we received support from the Commercial Manager of the complex for which I am really thankfull.

A good hotel with nice staff especially at the restaurant and the spa. Its good they have a transfer from the hotel to Bansko. Also pool,hamam, sauna very good!! We really had a nice time

I would like to use the mini bus of the hotel to go in the sofia airoport to pick up the guests from there to go in the hotel and to the airoport when they live without money because the taxi companys are very expensive!when I have traveled in thailand to phucket the hotel mini bus came to the airoport and pick me up 1 hour trip and when I left they went me back without money free !if u do that u wil be the best of the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Location good,facilities, spa centre. It is nice.

The room was cold. Actually the heat was for 2 hours at night and then nothing. If it was hot it would have been perfect.

only spa complex, but unfortunately Turkish bath doesn't work!!!

It is not acceptable to go in to your room using the room of your neighbor! And to share a balcony together!!!

Very scenic part of the country, rooms were very clean, complex well maintained and good price.

Internet was hard to get on to in certain parts of the hotel and staff did not know the security key to log on to the strongest network

The rooms are spacious, swimming pool and wellness are ok (as long as there are no problems with electricity).

The hotel is 11 kms away from the skilifts, located in the middle of a ghost town with most hotels empty. There is no apresski atmosphere. The food is cheap but mediocre; not much choice on the menu. The staff is friendly and willing, but not able. The hotel could benefit from modern management. There is a shuttle, but as the skiroom of the hotel is empty and has no own exit this is all very cumbersome.

μείναμε στο κεντρικό κτίριο. το δωμάτιο που κλείσαμε αποτελούνταν απο 1 υπνοδωμάτιο, ξεχωριστή σαλοκουζίνα με δερμάτινο καναπέ και μπάνιο. όλα πολύ καθαρά, μεγάλα παράθυρα, θέρμανση ικανοποιητική, ζεστό νερό πάντα, δωρεάν τζακούζι, πισίνα και σάουνα όλα πολύ καλά. στο δωμάτιο είχε και απλώστρα για ρούχα και κουζίνα για ψήσιμο (δείτε στα αρνητικά για την κουζίνα). Πολύ καλή σχέση τιμής-ποιότητας ξενοδοχείου!

πρωινό ικανοποιητικό αρκετή ποικιλία αλλα όχι φρέσκα! ψωμί μπαγιάτικο, φθηνιάρικα υλικά στο φαγητό. δεν υπήρχε πιστολάκι μαλλιών στο δωμάτιο (αλλά όταν ζητήσαμε μας δώθηκε). στο δωμάτιο μας είχαμε κουζίνα αλλά για να την χρησιμοποιήσουμε έπρεπε να πληρώσουμε 15 επιπλέον ευρώ (δεν υπήρχαν τηγάνια κατσαρόλες πιάτα κλπ χωρίς να πληρώσεις). Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται 15 χλμ απο το Μπάνσκο στην περιοχή έξω απ το Ραζλόγκ (χωριό).

αυτο που μου αρεσε ειναι οτι καθωσ φτασαμε μασ ενημερωσαν απο τη reception οτι μασ αναβαθμισαν το δωματιο απο δικλυνο σε διαμερισμα το οποιο ηταν ανετο και καθαρο.

το δωματιο μολισ φτασαμε ηταν πολυ κρυο. μασ εδωσαν αεροθερμο για να ζεσταθουμε. την 2η μερα ηταν καλυτερα. οι παροχεσ του spa πολυ μετριεσ και η πισινα σχετικα κρυα.
