The hotel is very close to the beach. We took an apartment and it's rooms were spatious, and the 5-th floor gave us a good view. On the side that we were staying, we could see the inner pool and the city on the other side. You can't hear the outdoor noise, altdough it's not extremely quiet inside (street noise, mostly), especially if you leave the window open. The rates were ok, and we payed cash, upon arrival. Make sure to get a print-out of the map, it's not as easy as it looks to get straight to a hotel. We managed to park nearby, at some other hotel. 40 leva for 3 days. Make sure you park in a proper space, you risk getting towed or having your wheel clamped. The hotel was decent, but far from perfect. The balcony had a generous size, but only 2 seats and a table for the whole apartment. The room was clean when we got there, and had a few towels, complementary soaps and shampoo, a few dishes (clean) and cutlery (knife, fork and spoon). You have a supermarket downstairs, and it's pretty well stocked. It closes at 2 am. If you want extensive shopping (food and drinks) you might want to go somewhere else, because the rates aren't extremely high, but aren't that low either. Quick check-in, quick check-out, if you arrive on time. It's close to the beach, all you have to do is get out through the back and walk 5-10 minutes (including passing through another hotel's lobby) and you're set. You can buy cheap beer at the Steak House while you're on the beach. It's easy to get to, just keep on straight once you leave the hotel. Get Kamenitza, not Zagorka. Don't pay more than 3 Leva for one draft beer on beach (0.5 liters). The beach vendors are ok, and most speak some english.

The staff either doesn't speak english, or they pretend not to. If you have a problem, it might get fixed in the morning. Our a/c went wrong and started blowing 28 degrees Celsius instead of 18, and the electrical plugs stopped working in the afternoon (blown fuse). The fuse got fixed the next day, altdough it was a quick fix. The one-eyebrow-ed lady at the reception is extremely rude, the rest of the staff is at "cordial level". There was no hair dryer in the room, and there was only one tv in the whole apartment. It was pretty old and used. The pool was ok, except for the fact you weren't allowed to jump in it, and it had a lot of chlorine. The waterheater in the bathroom couldn't cope with 5 people taking a shower one after the other, and the water pressure wasn't impressive either. The elevator only climbs to level 4, and you need a silly key to operate it. You only get 2 elevator keys at the reception. The hotel is pretty isolated, and nobody seems to know how to get there. Room check-out is at 12 am - 12:30 tops, not 13 as they say in the ad. At 11:45 am, somebody from the hotel staff came at our door, to remind us to leave, and the cleaning persons waited outside the door until we came out. We considered that to be rude, as well as not caring about the fact that we didn't have any electricity.

Quiet location.But handy for beach and night life. Upgraded by manager to one bed. Facilities good and nice pool. Good restaurant and supermarket on sight.

Don't have bed!! But couchbed!! I don't understand why?

у нас был номер-студия, студия просто супер!!!! В корпусе Ж на 5 этаже!это новый корпус с надстроенным 5 этажом, номера новые и просторные! В других корпусах номера не такие просторные! Подруга жила в соседнем номере 2-х комнатный аппартамент, очень большой, просторный, намного лучше студии! В номере есть все что нужно:микроволновка, посуда (дают все что нужно) стиральная машина,холодильник,телек (4 русских канала), кондиционер, детская кровать, сушка для белья, духовка! В номере огромные окна и огромный балкон, номер выходил во двор (на бассейн) солнце было в первой половине дня, после 12 часов прохладно! Постель и полотенца меняют раз в 3 дня! Убираются каждый день но очень плохо! Территория отеля маленькая но очень уютная! Есть детская площадка и где побегать детям! Фото на букинг ком соотвествуют действительности!

лифт только до 4 этажа; Нет фена; Нет полочки в душе для мыла; Никакой звукоизоляции, как будто стены картонные; Нет охраны,заходи кто хочешь; Плохо работает интернет Не смотря на минусы очеть суперский отель, если не болгария (в которую я больше никогда не поеду) остановилась бы только в этом отеле!!!

Tento hotel sa mi veľmi páči. Je tu veľmi pekné ubytovanie, ako aj prostredie. Hlavne je tam súkromie . Izby sú veľmi pekné, čisté . V areáli sú všetky služby. Bazén, reštaurácia,obchod, posilňovňa a tiež veľa zábavy pre deti. Odporúčam všetkým.

Un ottimo ristorante,soprattutto per I prezzi!

žiadne parkovanie, hluk a diskotéky po 23. hodine, studená voda v bazéne, krádeže uterákov, jedna klimatizácia na tri miestnosti, čo je nedostačujúce, výťah len pre majiteľov apartmánov, žiadna mikrovlnka, posilňovňa v zlom stave, neochota zo strany viacerých zamestnancov recepcie, zle namontovaný sprchový kút - voda v celej kúpelni, plavčík by nezachránil ani sám seba

Il servizio delle pulizie non era efficientissimo. La donna delle pulizie passava quotidianamente ma puliva sommariamente! Problema comunque trascurabile

Cena ubytovania, čistá a pomerne kvalitná reštaurácia, čistý a udržiavaný bazén, dobra poloha hotela od mora od centra aj od služieb.

Vybavenie apartmánu, lacne, nekvalitné, nedodržiavanie pravidiel slušnosti od spoludovolenkarov (je to aj z dôvodu ovalnej stavby hotela - hluk sa prenáša do do všetkých apartmánoch) kupanie po polnoci - stražna služba zlyhavala, Nefungujuca klimatizacia 48 po nastupe, nutná výmena postele (gauča) rozpadnutý mechanizmus na roztiahnutie.

Ochotni recepocni nam pomohli pri nami vyzadanych zmenach pri pobytu. Dostali jsme nakonec ap[artman se 2 loznicemi za cenu apartmanu s jednou lioznici. Pro rodiny s detmi velmi doporucuji. Resraurace a supermaket v hotelu jsou pres svou skromnost docela dobre.

Lehatka u bazenu byla obsazena rucniky celou dobu (i pres noc), takze musite cekat, kdo odjdede a hned lehatko tez obsadit. Jakoukoli zmenu v rezervaci musi schvalit manazer - docela opruz. Zrejme nemaji propojeny rezervacni system s pokladnou na recepci. Vznikl chaos pri placeni.

Kiváló fekvésű aparthotel, központ, tengerpart könnyen elérhető. Helyben levő élelmiszerbolt és étterem. Sajnos az éttermet a személyzete miatt nem ajánlom, de ezt kárpótolja, hogy a környék tele van kiváló étkezési és szórakozási lehetőséggel. Az ár színvonal megfelelő.Jó Pihenési lehetőség családoknak és baráti társaságoknak.Az aparthotel recepción megkaptunk minden segítséget, tájékoztatást.

Javaslat a hotel személyzetnek, hogy a mellékidényben végezzenek karbantartási feladatokat, mert rövid időn belül le lesz lakva a berendezés. Vizes blokkok több helyen folynak. Többet érdemel az épület és a környezet.Internet kizárólag a recepció környékén elérhető, ezt javítani kellene.
