Reception ladies very friendly and helpful. Nice hotel and qiute good location

Cleaning lady woking us up every second morning. Since she doesn't speak English it was very hard to explain to her that we are ok and there is no need for cleaning. I understand she needs to do her job, but when i as a guest say it is ok it should be ok

Staff, mainly reception and cleaners, both with very bad/rude attitudes. Noise levels at night. Packed pool. Flooded balcony and bathroom floors.

    - It is perfect for a family with 4 members. - Very spacious rooms. - The kitchen is endowed with almost all necessary tools (stove, fridge, frying pot, dishes, etc.). - Not far from the beach and very close to the center of the resort. - The swimming pool is clean. - Located in a quiet area. - At the 1st floor there is a mini-market where you can find almost everything you need for the holiday.

    - The tourists are not allowed to park inside the hotel parking lot. Only the staff and those who have bought part of the complex' apartments can park inside. The tourist must pay 5-6 Euros for a dirty parking place (a ruin of a former hotel or so...) in the vicinity. - The internet is very-very poor, especially during the evenings. I have payed about 18-19 Euros for 7 days but I couldn't use too much. - Except the blond one, the other two ladies at the reception were not very friendly and they didn't speak English at all.

The location is good, it's quiet in general and offers convenient access to the beach, the centre of Sunny Beach and to public transportation.

    1. The maids were so loud, while cleaning in the morning, I felt like they are trying to destroy the building. It looked like they didn't care much that it's a "holiday" place. 2. The daily "cleaning" involved only emptying the bins and making up the beds. No one really bothered to clean the floor or the bathroom. And when you complain about it, they start yelling at you. 3. The TV is displaying only in green. I wouldn't call it eco, rather - broken and needs repair. 4. There were no night cabinets, night lamps or a stand for toiletries in the bathroom, so you basically keep your cosmetics on the floor. And when you turn off the lights, you blindly try to reach the bed. 5. The WiFi is paid - I knew about it in advance and I still don't understand why, when in 95% of the hotels this is for free. Thus, this place doesn't offer much, so it would be nice, if at least you didn't have to pay for basic things like internet connection. 6. When I asked for an invoice, the staff reacted as if I requested something completely impossible. After a 30-minute discussion, they promised to prepare it though, and I was supposed to pick the invoice when I check-out. When I went for the invoice and asked to get it, the receptionist said: What invoice? Unfortunately, I was a witness of a very rude conversation, held by the Accountant, who was supposed to make the invoice. How dare I come when I want and ask for an invoice? Right, usually these things are done at the reception for 5 minutes, not with a notice 30 days in advance. I wouldn't recommend this place, unless all you need is a bed for a couple of hours and your stay is not long.

Nice location: close to the beach and the promenade; many supermarkets nearby. Clean apartment: cleaning ladies pass every day. Equipped kitchen (we only missed a sharp cutting knife and kitchen towels; products to wash dishes are not provided). Possibility to exchange money at the reception. Very good price/quality ratio.

No free wifi and rather bad connection (on the 5th floor). The sofa beds were not the most comfortable. No sun at the swimming pool after 17h.

The pool is kept clean and plenty of sunbeds.

The staff do not speak a word of English, they were all rude and arrogant and very unhelpful. The "restaurant" opened when they could be bothered. We had a leaking boiler which they did nothing about so it meant we spent all holiday showering in a flooded bathroom. The apparatus in the gym was broken.

    The room was clean

They wanted to keep my passport until I payed for my room since they do not trust their guests to pay before leaving (this gives a very bad experience for the guests)

The cleaning was ok, the maids were coming daily. The overall impression over the acomodation was good. Good price and new-ish furniture. The pool was very well mantained, althought for this, at night, it couldn't be used. They had a supermarket from where you could buy the most common items.

The pool cannot be used later than 8-9 pm. Also it becomes cold in the afternoon because it gets covered in shade. The sports facilities like billiards/ fusball/ gym could not be used, they were all locked and piled in a room, except for the pool table, which wasn't accessible even were it was. Also every mini sport should be paid for. For the kitchen, bring your own knives. and maybe a small pot, for heating water for coffee.

I still think Yassen is an average appartman hotel which is strategically situated, close enough to the see. Too bad they are not serious enough.

We returned to Yassen because we made up our mind late and the previous journey was positive. However this time there were several aspects for which I won't return to Yassen: 1) First of all, they lost our reservation with The receptionist lady asked me three times if I'm not some kind of a Jonathan; well I wasn't. In the end they gave us a room but it was not Yassen, though it was part of the complex; different manager, different rules- you know, complicated. 2) We had to pay the rezervation in advance, that is not nice in my view, but the fact that I had to pay cash is stupid in itself - I had to make 5 withdrawals for this; I had to use two cards. 3) The room was Yassen type, but without the washing machine and without and oven. We came prepared for both of them. 4) I didnt like I could not choose the floor; yeah I should be lucky I received a room... 5) The receptionist lady (I'm not saying all of them) was not polite 6) While previous time we were really satisfied with the cleaning service this time there was that for 3 days they didnt cleaned up the garbage; they changed towels only 2 times.

Good location. All fair me. A large dining room, a tv with Russian channels

The ratio of staff. No self parking. Mold in the shower.

The location of the hotel is quite close to the beach. It was also quite quiet, which is good for smaller kids. Our apartment was vell equipped, and cleaned daily. Towels and beds changed periodically.

The 2+2 persons' apartment was rather for 2 adults. The bedroom is fine, but the sofa is extremely inconvenient. The holiday village does not have its own parking place (or they do not offer it to everybody), so we had to pay for it next door. Some of the receptionists are not quite friendly (but at least they speak English).

The pool was big enough, clean and cool. Apartment was nicely designed and the location of the hotel was great.

The lift! What a stupid idea to have a lift to which you need a key to make it work! It was a pain and my parents who have problems with walking had to use stairs as we only had one key so often they couldn't use it.

The hotel is located just off the main street, which is perfect. The facilities are good, nice breakfast and the hotel is good value for money.

Some of the staff are seriously unfriendly and unreliable, do not expect any service. The pool is too cold.

Position close to the beach (5 min of walk) and parking (paid, 50m in the front of hotel) Room (include bathroom properly sized) space and facilities (Kitchenette equiped for two persons with refigerator), balcony with dryer, table and chairs, elevator. Baby coat (bed) free of charge

Difficult to unload the luggages on the front of the hotel (you need to stop the car on the street, unload and let someone to guard them until you park the car). Don't let the car on the street; they (dedicated company) will pick up in the matter of minutes. Reception and restaurant need renovation.

Very nice location. In the middle of busy Sunny Beach but the inner courtyard with the apartment balconys and the pools is very calm. To the beach and the promenade it is only 3 minutes walk.

No free Parking Space. You have to park on a Paid Parking where it cost 10 Euro per Day. No free WiFi. You have to pay for W-Lan-Internet.
